Very poor hotel experience. The check-out time should be 12 o'clock, but when I went out for morning tea in the morning, I received several calls from the boss asking for check-out! The most annoying thing is that when we returned to the hotel at more than 11 o'clock, the hotel owner selfishly entered the room and started cleaning without consent, on the grounds that other guests were going to stay! 非常不錯，在全潮汕酒店亂漲價的時候還能花四五百住上條件這麼好的酒店真的太爽了！落地窗，有桌子、小茶几、椅子，電視可以手機投屏，在酒店看完電影再出去逛了。而且這裏地段還特別好，樓下就是商場，要啥有啥，入住前順手買兩杯霸王在酒店邊喝邊看電影，真的很爽！ 而且老闆很熱情，一來就跟我們説怎麼停車，要不要接我們，服務很好👍 如果再來一次還住這裏！

房間不錯性價比高，老闆人很好很熱情，交通也便利，樓地下停車場一天封頂30元，潮州節假日打滴滴不好叫車最好提前出行，廣濟橋那邊停車不方便，最好不要自己開車去，停車場下面要有明確的工寓名稱指示牌就完美了，方便住客找到房間。

地理位置不錯，衞生衹能説一般，還有抹布在洗手盆後，且還是聯繫處理後，仍然沒動，晚上回來很晚，就沒退換，安全性麼:密碼鎖，且除密碼鎖外沒內鎖，私人公寓不提供發票還好去哪有提供代開，提供的是一次性的毛巾，

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔舒適，出行方便，周邊飲食也不錯，公寓在財富中心希爾頓酒店樓上，樓下商業街，步行過一條街有燒烤夜宵。
