服務特別差，叫拿一雙拖鞋和一副牙刷拿了一個晚上，到退房的時候還沒拿來，前台還騙説在等電梯，真是過分。

該酒店位置很好，價格也不貴，服務很熱情，停車也很方便，床很軟連住兩天睡的都很舒服，也乾淨衞生，出差旅遊還是一如既往的首選維也納酒店。
