難得評價，這次這個天寧大飯店，必須要差評一下的，攜程上訂房介紹的很清楚，豪華雙床房28平，特惠雙床房18平，我需要房間大一點的特意訂了豪華雙床房，入住卻是給了個特惠雙床房，被發現後前臺中分頭小哥巧舌如簧，百般狡辯，態度極其惡劣，一口咬定酒店所有雙床房都是一個樣，都是衹有1***，豪華和特惠是一樣的！説攜程網上數據錯誤！那你豪華和特惠為啥要掛兩個價格？？其實，你不用如此，弄虛作假被客人發現後，你就實話實説，弄錯了，然後老實一點，給客人還回該住的房型，大家都不會多説什麼了！反而是那種囂張的態度，愛搭不理的讓客人自己攜程申請退款處理，你説説，你們老闆有你這樣的員工怎麼會不生氣，做生意畢竟是要靠誠實守信的好名聲才能長久的！！哎！可惜了！

大年初二去的，前台小哥哥幫我們免費升級了一個房間👍
有兩點值得贊一個：
1。房間有帶USB口的插座，即使忘記帶充電頭也不怕了
2。有自動感應的小夜燈，半夜起來上廁所也不用擔心摔跤
但也有不如意的地方：
1。洗浴間的門上貼的指示是錯的，導致家人被碰了頭
2。找東西的時候發現床底下和沙發底下的臟有點不能入目
希望店家改進一下。但總的來説還是不錯的，也願意推薦朋友過去

地理位置：距離常州火車站打車十幾塊錢，交通便捷，附近有常州博物館、保利劇院、文化廣場。打車到青果巷都非常方便。酒店工作人員非常的熱情還免費給升級了房間，大堂內有各種各樣的摩託車，還有紅酒櫃，客房也非常的大乾淨衞生，下次還會再次入住

第一次來常州，因對這邊不熟悉，不知道該怎麼走，行李拿的還很多，非常的不方便，於是就打電話給酒店，跟酒店説明瞭情況，酒店工作人員就表示可以去接一下，這是讓我萬萬沒有想到了，到的時候提前打電話説明位置，還非常主動的幫助提拿行李，到達酒店前台後，工作人員還非常的體貼的給我倒上了一杯熱開水，讓寒冷的冬天整個人都能暖暖的，如果下次再來依舊會選擇
