Great location next to the amusement park. However, heating in the room and in public space can be improved. It snowed when we checked in. The heating in the room was put in max (32 deg C) but the room stays about 13 deg C the entire time (thermostat said 18 but it didn’t feel like 18). Not the most suitable stay in winter, as it was uncomfortable cold. Breakfast was good however, it has many options for western style breakfast.

非常一言難盡得差了！作為一家開業十年的豪華級別的酒店，設施陳舊，房間環境可以説骯臟，服務水平和效率也較為低下。
checkin時四個窗口，一個窗口辦入住排長隊，三個窗口辦退房沒有人排隊——我可以理解退房是丟下門卡就能走，但是否還是應該顧及下眼門前的住客體驗？！

非常好的酒店，環境很好，但可能夏天會蚊子多。晚上音樂節音響調試比較吵，但也是在預期中，酒店送了耳塞，好評。

因為要看音樂節所以訂這裡，整體尚算滿意，就是價錢太貴，可能是因為音樂節的緣故。服務台的接待員應變力不足，用了我很多時間解釋她才明白，但退房的時候都送了我小禮物作補償，也算是用心的安排。

非常卧虎藏龍的酒店，過分低調了！周深、陳楚生、王櫟鑫、陸虎、甦醒、王錚亮、黃子弘凡、鄭潤澤、隊長……樓上樓下包圍着我住了2個晚上，進進出出，居然一點沒發現，倒是發個暗號讓我去蹲一下啊！

這是我住過最不愉快的酒店。為了音樂節，警察把所有的路圍成單行道，以至於我離酒店100米也被堵了45分鐘。好不容易進房間後地上全是頭髮，牀頭櫃積灰。下午兩點餓了，酒店一樓飯店要4點才開，二樓飯店要5點。沒有room service，因為room service是二樓飯店提供的，所以飯店不開，就沒有service可以提供。以這個酒店的星級和定價來講簡直荒謬。最後説説二樓的中餐廳，服務完全沒有章法，699的套餐，先上水果，再上米飯和蔬菜，一直到湯都上完，兩個主菜還沒有上。30分鐘後我終於等到了主菜，是涼掉的。這種破店誰住誰倒黴。

正值音樂節，入住了小王別墅，設施雖然不是很新，但乾淨整潔，衞浴吹風機戴森，也有衞洗麗，也有一些比較舊的，比如電話機充電設施，總體一家七口都覺得不錯，特別要提的是服務很熱情主動，感覺工作人員都很有激情

酒店很氣派，對面就是歡樂谷，遊玩很方便，客房面積很大，樓層裏也很安靜，早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯，還能去酒店邊的山上別墅區散散步，非常無聊的旅行體驗，值得推薦。
