Ningshang Hotel (Changzhi Passenger Transport Center)

It was my first time to come to Changzhi for a business trip. The hotel was close to the bus station. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The toilet was even equipped with a seat heating function. It was an unexpected surprise, not bad!

It was renovated from an old hotel, and the mattresses were directly covered with hard sheets. The renovation of the facilities was particularly rough. The quilt cover was dirty, and the old hotel quilt used inside had a yellow core! The two pillows are huge. The car was blocked, and the other person gave the keys to the bar counter, but there was no one at the bar. I made many calls and no one answered. I went to the counter to look for the resident's car keys and moved them by myself. Hey! ! ! !

Very nice hotel. The decoration of the newly opened hotel is very good. The service of the sister at the front desk is also very good. I am very satisfied with it. It is also very clean. I will come again.

The service can't keep up, parking is very inconvenient, and the boss doesn't care. He has to move the car every morning, which delays him for half a day and seriously affects his work.

The price of a hotel that increases its price based on reviews does not match the environment and facilities of the hotel. The room smells very bad. If the windows are not opened, the formaldehyde smell is unbearable.

The check-in experience was very bad. The hotel didn’t even have a comb or mineral water.

酒店所處位置較為安靜，適合外出勞累後好好休息，前台服務體貼入微，房間被子、單子、枕頭乾淨整潔，衞生間打掃的很好

很有格調的一家賓館，床很舒服真不想告訴你們，偷偷住多香。
