The hotel has set up a special team for this stay experience. After investigation, it was verified that you checked in at 20:09 on April 30, and called Ctrip at 19:28 on the evening of May 1st to report that the room card could not be used to open the swimming pool on the third floor, and there was chewing gum on the bedside of the room. In response to your feedback, the hotel gave the following feedback: 1. Since you called Ctrip to complain, the hotel staff has been actively cooperating with the handling. From the feedback to the check-out, the hotel staff has been communicating and apologizing seriously. 2. Because the room is a private space and there is no surveillance, the chewing gum you found the next night after your check-in is indeed unable to reply to you which guest left it. 3. The hotel apologizes for the lack of hotel services you raised. Due to the large number of receptions, the hotel is willing to make appropriate compensation for the lack of service from the perspective of improving guest satisfaction (two-night discount has been given). I apologize to you again. 3. When the hotel lobby manager contacted you on the evening of May 2, you expressed the hope that Ctrip would communicate with you and refused to answer the hotel's call. The hotel said that the language and text messages did not express what you wanted to say, and left you a message on WeChat, hoping to communicate with you by phone to resolve the issue, but you did not agree. 4. On May 3, Ctrip called the hotel to express your demands. Ctrip assisted the two parties in communicating, and the hotel actively cooperated throughout the process. On May 3, the hotel responded to your questions through Ctrip and actively cooperated with Ctrip to negotiate a solution. 5. After many negotiations, the hotel received a notice from Ctrip on the afternoon of May 4, stating that it had reached an agreement with you that both the hotel and Ctrip would give you a two-night room rate discount, and Ctrip's backend had issued a modification order, indicating that the matter had been resolved. 6. On May 5, the hotel received a call from Ctrip saying that you need to issue an invoice. The staff contacted you to get the invoice header. You said that you have communicated with Ctrip and asked the hotel to contact Ctrip to obtain it. After the hotel contacted Ctrip, it said that it could not meet your invoicing requirements. According to local tax requirements, starting from March 1, 2024, the local electronic invoice policy will be implemented. Paper invoices have been recycled, and because of incomplete information, only the personal name header cannot issue paper special invoices. Electronic general invoices can be provided. You told Ctrip that the hotel failed to provide invoices as required. You will report to the relevant departments, and the hotel will actively cooperate. 7. On the evening of May 5, you contacted the staff on WeChat to respond to the investigation results.
