Pleasant stay in hotel. Room was nice and cosy, and location of the hotel is just beside the railway station! Very convenient for us, who is taking a train to another part of China.
Hotel also allowed us to check out at 3pm, which make things more convenient for us. Counter staff (小陈 and 丽丽）were also very helpful in accomodating to our requests.

Loved the location. its located a stone throw from Changsha North Railway Station. My flight was delayed hence I arrived after midnight, driver was unable to drive close enough to the hotel, he had to drop me off at the entrance if the railway station and walk the rest of the way (can be alittle scary at night as there are stray travellers sleeping around the station and the road was dark). Recept was good, can see the security guard at the lobby. They even provided a bag of welcome gift (Steam eyemask, ear plus, snack, hand lotion etc). Food delivery was dropped off at the reception and delivered to your room via a robot which was so cute and efficient.

Good location near the Changsha South Train Station approx 5mins walk to hotel.
Clean room with comfortable bed.
You can reach the hotel from the airport by Maglev, Airport bus, or by taxi outside the terminal.

good stay. conveniently located at South High Speed Rail station.
Breakfast has very limited selection and the food is not that great.
Room is as advertised. Value for money and front desk answers questions promptly.

Very close to high speed train station. Just only 5 Minute by walk.
Toilet is very high tech like a japan toilet and clean.

The hotel is fantastic for its location. however, it takes some luck and an experienced taxi driver to take you correctly to this branch of Yishang (or E-charm) hotel, as it is better known to foreigners.
Hotel Reception is especially helpful. The staff, Nana, was certainly of great help with quick efficient check-in to reduce our stress level after hunting for the hotel for almost an hour upon reaching Changsha.

The hotel is very good, clean, has gifts for guests as well. Modern bathroom similar to Japanese style Located in the train station Was walked through from the other side of the station. There will be an escalator to enter the hotel. Hidden on the left.
