房間設施齊全，交通便利，出了小區就是地鐵和公交站，周邊吃飯的地方很多，去五一廣場黃興路步行街也很近。

房子的衞生很差，廚房的廚具根本沒法做飯，晚上到了這兒以後，熱水器是涼的，

全國內外住了很多城市民宿，第一次住到沒有熱水，第二天晚上直接停電的民宿；
交通是方便就地鐵附近，房相對舊但是這些客觀條件都可以理解。畢竟交通方便、房比較大帶孩子能在大客廳玩。
但是…奇葩的來了，熱水器一直放不出熱水，問了房東還是沒用沒人處理。因為是帶孩子來跨年要出去玩不想浪費時間處理想着住完兩天換酒店再洗澡，就忍着兩天全冷水洗漱；
但是這竟然還不是最後，第二天晚上六點多回來一進門沒電。1月的長沙帶着孩子屋裡很冷但是沒電。給房東聯繫折騰半天查了電錶説是沒電了晚點來處理。讓用一張隨便什麼卡插入電錶能暫時有電。晚上九點多沒人來處理繼續問，然後竟然説讓我們少用點電第二天物業上班才能充什麼的。
晚上12點多又停電了，沒空調冷了一晚上，第二天早上我們衹能提前摸黑收拾行李退房換酒店。我們10點這樣走之時依然沒電，房東也完全沒有出現處理。
不知道那麼高的點評分怎麼來的……
