After staying for four nights, I only felt the inaction of the front desk staff, poor business level and chaotic management. 1. After placing the order by himself, he was told that it was okay, but he was told that he could only extend it for one night and could not extend it again (such words) 2. The room sanitation aunt is indeed responsible, but the hotel should arrange the disinfection work, and the mosquitoes in the room (there are many big mosquitoes and small insects) should be arranged for disinfection in time. 3. There are many middle-aged and elderly tour groups from other places in the hotel, and the hotel did not respond and guide them in time during breakfast. It is more noisy and chaotic than a flea market. It is not to blame other guests, and everyone should travel happily. However, breakfast meals are not available, and elderly travelers can only rely on grabbing. The restaurant staff stood coldly and did not provide any help and guidance. All in all, as a hotel that has been open for two years, this kind of management philosophy is really poor. Even an Inn should not be so unprofessional. I hope that they can strengthen their work in a more targeted manner during business training, and not let the hotel fall into a vicious cycle of treating other guests casually just because there are tour groups, which will only damage its reputation.

The lady in the restaurant was kind enough to say she would send me some fruit to apologize. . Actually, what I need is fruit? Go back and patch up the fabric and embroider it yourself. The bathroom in the room is very crowded and has two doors, which is really very inconvenient. The air volume of the hair dryer is similar to that of a large fan in a barbecue restaurant. Because my child had a fever, I had to change my itinerary and thought I could only stay one more day. As soon as I finished speaking, I was informed directly that there was no room available without any inquiry or confirmation. Then I definitely don’t want to, I can’t leave. Later, the restaurant lady extended our stay but didn't tell us. I also muttered in my heart that I had done something unkind and would it affect them if I couldn't leave. When my child had a fever, he went to the hospital and the doctor said he would need intravenous drip for three days for a follow-up check. When he recovered, he came back to discuss extending his stay. The front desk still told him that the room was full and that the room was full, so there was no inquiry or confirmation... Oh my god. Don’t read the propaganda but look at the reality. One bit of praise is that if you order takeout, you will not be asked to get it yourself and a robot will be arranged.
