Pistachio Hotel Sapa

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Pistachio Hotel Sapa. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The room was comfortable, and the highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Sapa itself is a destination that is truly worth visiting. The weather is cool and refreshing, and the scenery is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed visiting Cat Cat Village and Fansipan, both of which were beautiful and memorable experiences. The fresh mountain air, amazing landscapes, and peaceful atmosphere made our trip very enjoyable. One small issue was that there appeared to be construction work taking place nearby, possibly for new hotels or shops. During the daytime, especially around noon, the noise could be quite loud, making it difficult to take an afternoon nap. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Pistachio Hotel Sapa as well as Sapa itself to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. The beautiful views, pleasant climate, and excellent hotel facilities made this a memorable holiday.

Me Ho the porter is very helpful, friendly and professional, he was providing excellent service to the guests. He can speak Mandarin,which is a great asset to the hotel. The family room is ok, but the price is on the high side. overall..it is ok

the room have 10/10 view!! and the food is so good (breakfast). and the pool you must try

Awesome location! It’s a very easy walk to Sapa Station and all the restaurants. Plus, the hotel has clear, stunning views of both Sapa town and the mountains—totally worth it for a relaxing trip. The rooms are quite spacious, and if you check in early, you can use their shower room and drop off your bags first. The staff are also super helpful and speak English really well.

hotel was in a good location, room was clean and as expected for the price paid. breakfast buffet was okay, seems to focus a lot more on quantity than quality, that being said, there was a great variety of food available. however, service was a little lacklustre. called housekeeping to request for a refill of toiletries, but housekeeping ended the call on me. had to go down to reception to ask them for toiletries instead.

The location is alright. The pool faces the mountain but it’s not as scenic as it looks online. However nothing bad about this hotel.

Staff were extremely friendly, room was so good in terms of the view, and facilities were clean and conducive.

We had an amazing stay at Pistachio Hotel & Spa in Sapa! The experience was truly elevated thanks to Miss Chung from customer service. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to clearly explain and guide us on how to get to nearby attractions, which made our trip so much smoother and enjoyable. On top of that, she thoughtfully arranged a high-floor room with a stunning mountain view for us — waking up to that scenery was unforgettable! Her warm hospitality and attention to detail really made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel, and a big thank you to Miss Chung for going above and beyond to make our stay special!
