Nice hotel, high quality facilities, all very clean and staff was super friendly. The only drawback was the room temperature because even though it was november, sun was very strong and room was very hot inside (27º) and the aircon was not working, we ask for it and they did not switch it on because they said it was november and yet, the room was too hot to enjoy our stay. I hope they can improve such point. Thank you.

Nice to stay for go water park and film town side of it .
Very kids friendly. Not far park and lake. Breakfast god for foreigners. Room big and clean.

這次預訂了行政房，寬大的房間加上行政禮遇，特別適合帶娃出行，（因為小朋友就愛吃吃小點心水果之類的）
酒店的小童區域、游泳池、健身房這種配套設施都很好。自助咖啡機沖的咖啡還挺好喝，早餐也很喜歡。總之很推薦。

帶着娃五一出遊兩天，定了2間大床加4張湘江歡樂海洋套票。酒店大堂很漂亮，剛去就趕上工作人員給小朋友送氣球，服務態度也好，設施都比較新，送的早餐琳琅滿目，晚上還帶娃去5樓小童區域玩，還有娃娃機、跳舞機，沒帶泳衣沒遊成泳。酒店毗鄰雪域，離樂園稍微有一點點距離。唯一美中不足的是，其中一間大床房分在了轉角，空間略顯侷促奇怪。

進房間就有酒店贈送的新鮮水果，小朋友很喜歡，很寬敞，落地窗，視野開闊，窗外景色很好。浴缸是小朋友的最愛。酒店設備都很新，很乾凈，衞生很好，工作人員都很友好，遇到問題解答很熱心。
酒店位置離歡樂雪域，歡樂海洋，華誼小鎮都很近，出門玩很方便。距離洋湖中心區也近，出門尋美食也很方便。
