酒店設施滿足各種基本需求，唯一不足就是花灑高度對高個子不友好。交通便利，周圍也都是能吃喝的地方，很滿意這次入住。

1.晚上洗澡的時候發現下水道不下水，水淹過腳背，水漫出淋浴房，廁所地上也淹濕，水流到房間裏，濕漉漉的，非常不舒服
2.想要拿茶几上的一次性杯子接個水喝，杯子裏不知道是黴點還是上一位房客喝過沒有換掉的杯子，盤子裏黏糊糊的，臟兮兮
3.掀開被子床單上很明顯的污漬
4.酒店樓層8樓，樓下吵，晚上影響睡眠，隔音效果差
上述問題雖然影響我的入住體驗，但我都沒有想着因此來寫差評。但服務員的態度確實很無語，第二天起床時居然發現門是開着的，我們有點緊張，不知道發生了什麼，通過微信聯繫了酒店客服，想反映一下門鎖可能有點問題，客服一口咬定不可能出現這種問題，説是我們打完麻將出來自己沒關門…但房門確實就是我們拍的視頻裏那樣，關不上，會自己滑開，我們也不知道酒店房間門會出現這種情況，客服的意思反正就是“我們房門沒問，關不上是你們的問題，希望我們的房門帶上就關緊是你們要求太高”真的很無語，不重視客人反饋的問題就算了，嫻熟的掌握倒打一耙能力。
基於此，我向那位服務員表示了這個房間還有一些其他問題，可能他已經感受到了我們對他們不想着怎麼解決問題而感到生氣，他們決定通過道德綁架來解決我這個肯定會有的差評，他們派來了酒店的保潔阿姨，保潔阿姨説衹要我寫差評，酒店方就會扣保潔阿姨幾百塊錢，説打掃一個房間6塊錢，幾百塊錢要打掃多少個房間之類的話。什麼意思？嗯？道德綁架？房門關不上不是你們的問題？下水道堵掉，水淹房間不是你們的問題？床上有污漬不是你們的問題？一次性紙杯是二手或者發黴不是你們的問題？服務態度差不是你們的問題？我花的錢住的酒店不能寫真實的入住體驗？這個差評你拿好了

酒店裝修新穎，房間大氣整潔，住了三天每天都有人打掃衞生。樓下有各種小吃，服務枱的咖啡味道很好。附近沒有地鐵，去坡子街、五一廣場等都需要換乘，其他都很滿意。在長沙這個價位住到這樣的酒店，性價比很高。

首先我訂的是2間麻將房，然而入住前被告知其中一間壞了。然後我就換了一間陽台大床房。 等我第一天入住的時候 麻將房洗澡地漏堵住了導致水全都流到房間裏了 還好酒店人員及時給我們換了間房間和給了幾十元的賠償。然而換的3D影院房間洗澡的水又太小了店 總之一波3折的 還有一點3D影院房房間的燈還算明亮 陽台大床房的房間燈光很昏暗。這個評分也是比較客觀的。還有一點這個酒店處在一個商業街裏 下面小吃蠻多的 停車也方便有地下停車庫

酒店真的很不錯，前台也香香的，很舒服，前台姐姐也很好，房間挺大的，也很好看，位置也很好，離德思勤很近，很方便。圖三門口上去，九樓。

位置有點難找，沒有顯眼的招牌！打電話才找到！停車免費而且方便！酒店外面就是夜市，餓了找吃的非常方便！夜市經營到凌晨3點的樣子！房間內隔音還是不錯的，基本關上窗就聽不到外面的噪音！床是榻榻米，很軟很舒服！就是地板黑乎乎的顏色！衞生還可以！對了，陽台很大！前台很貼心客氣！
