非常好！酒店設施很新很智能，和圖片一樣，沒有區別，特別喜歡房間的投影還有聲控的窗簾和燈！白天逛解放西，回來用投影看解放西哈哈哈哈，每天打掃也很及時，還有免費的養生粥和一些日常用品！地理位置也很好，周圍打車和坐地鐵都很方便，離長沙的景點都不遠～

酒店位置非常方便出行，離地鐵口5分鐘，周邊飲食配套也齊全，房間很舒適，服務很周到，每天有甜品可以免費送，洗衣服務有專人幫忙處理，還有很多個人用品可以提供以備萬一，也是我住眾多酒店裡唯一有洗衣液提供，考慮周到。

酒店前台很熱情，主動邀請添加服務微信，告知顧客酒店提供的各種服務。酒店離開福寺地鐵站很近，10分鐘步行，然後坐地鐵就可以到各種景點，交通非常方便。住宿環境也不錯，乾淨是最重要的，床也睡得很舒服，2樓提供免費洗衣烘乾服務，總之是次不錯的體驗。

房間精緻美觀，衞生乾淨整潔 ，設備一流 ！還有很多免費的附加服務和小物件 ！由於臨時出門，沒帶洗漱用品，女孩子所需的所有卸粧用品一應俱全，且全部免費！退房時因為粗心沒領停車券 ，客服也很積極主動的幫忙報銷 ，提的意見也立馬採納 ！入住體驗感極佳！

值夜班的小哥哥超級好的，因為我們春節堵車凌晨3點才到，他還特地打電話過來問我們什麼時候到。給我們整晚保留房間，到的時候已經三點多了。有幾個半夜來找房間的都説沒有房間了。酒店配置也很好，護髮素都有，也有配小冰箱。唯一不足可能就是電梯口附近燈光不夠吧。但是無傷大雅，隔壁商場就有茶顏悦色。吃的也很多，也有小夜市。
