We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Breakfast was superb. The service staff: Aimee, Annie, Anne, at the breakfast room were all so helpful. The hotel GM greeted us one morning and even arranged for coffee to go. Special mention goes to Tina Chen at the front desk for helping us book visits to museum and Mao monument. This included helping us plan our metro train rides.
Will definitely come back to this hotel on our next holiday to Changsha.

Booked for a friend, who said it was pretty good. The room was warm and the quilt was comfortable, but the breakfast was average and there were too few varieties. Linda at the front desk upgraded the room to a larger one. The service was pretty good, and the location was OK, but the room layout was a bit confusing. I'd let my friends stay here next time.
