As a result, I was woken up by the sound of the linen room early in the morning, and the door of the room was often blocked by the linen cart, making it inconvenient to enter and exit. I don't know why the floor of the room is a bit sticky, but fortunately the bedding is clean. I took the initiative to ask the front desk about the room upgrade, and they said that it was arranged according to the actual room status. Today, the room is full and cannot be upgraded. The rights and interests need to be communicated with Ctrip. After contacting Ctrip's online customer service to report that the room was not upgraded, the hotel changed its words to Ctrip's customer service, saying "because the room has not been cleaned, so the room was not upgraded", and the hotel front desk said to me "If you are very strong in the room upgrade, we can let other customers' rooms go to you first, or upgrade you tomorrow night." But the hotel also has very good places: the location is very good, 3 minutes walk from Exit 6 of Shazitang Metro Station, and there is an escalator at the subway entrance for easy luggage. Although the hotel is small, it has everything, including a breakfast room, laundry room, and gym, similar to a low-end version of Atour.
