令人髮指，我訂的是最好的行政房，入住的時候前台給我三個字：辦好了，沒有指引電梯方向，沒有告知樓層，這不算什麼
房間空調是擺設，我開到16度最大風，沒有絲毫作用，晚上很熱
最噁心的是，浴帽是被人用過之後重新塞回去的！保潔應該是看裝浴帽的盒子好像沒有拆過的痕跡，就沒換新的，浴帽裏甚至還有水，不僅如此，所有牙具，梳子也好，盒子都被水浸過，外殼都泡軟了
這個價位的酒店，淋浴的水温居然這麼不穩定，一會熱一會冷，熱的時候燙的沒法洗，冷的時候像冰水，2秒就變換一次，根本沒法調
酒店設施連桔子水晶都不如，連一次性浴缸套都不提供
趕緊倒閉改公寓樓吧🙏

工作人員服務態度極差！我受到了工作人員極不尊重的對待，不説客户是上帝，但是基本的互相尊重都沒有！非常不好的一次入住體驗，酒店面對投訴沒有合理的應對機制，也不能很好的解決客人的訴求。必不得已，向大家披露，給予差評！

酒店很好找 雖然不在市區 但是周圍有商圈 離高鐵站也不遠 而且晚上睡覺很安靜 睡得很舒服 一樓的咖啡廳也很不錯 茶的種類也多 而且都不算太貴 性價比還是非常高的 前台的值班經理也很不錯 像小吳和小李兩人 提的要求都能滿足 問題也能及時解決 很負責任很敬業 非常感謝！

房間十分讓人驚喜。因為在家附近，所以就定了，性價比太高了，前台服務人員特別友善，還注意到我生日，送了水果。就是人性化又貼心的服務。房間裏的手寫祝福卡片也很暖心，五星好評啦！
