房間乾淨衞生整潔，設備設施都還不錯，但嚴格來説，應該算不上三星的酒店，衹能算作兩星半，樓層窗户對面正好對着旁邊一個售樓處的屋頂，還能看到售樓處的廣告，景緻説不上很好。

房間很滿意，地理位置好，交通便利，服務熱情周到，安排了安靜的房間，服務還是不錯的，辦理入住很快不用在前台等候太久 入住有免按金服務 退房直接走人就行，有一種很温馨的感覺 疫情期間前台還提供一次性口罩和消毒液，很貼心哦。

一直覺得維也納性價比很高，乾淨衞生，所以每次外出都是住維也納居多，但這次着實有點失望了，那天因為工作原因，差不多凌晨3點才入睡，入睡後總覺得被子裡邊有蟲子，一直被咬，後期果斷不蓋被子了，還是被咬，感覺像跳蚤一樣的，想想都後怕，我老公背上都抓出血了。絕不是我倆矯情，之前從未出現這種情況。後面聯繫前台，服務員把床單丟給我們，自己眯着雙眼，硬撐着換了被子床單才勉強好些，一直弄到早上6點才入睡，剛進去的時候，床單上好多碎頭髮，我敢確定絕不是我的，這次體驗感真的有點差了，靠近路邊的原因，晚上車來車往的。好吵。

一家三口出來旅遊想了好久訂了維也納，畢竟大品牌，酒店位於星沙大道邊上，旁邊就是萬象滙，逛街很方便，附近還有小吃一條街。酒店裝修豪華大氣，前台服務也很好，訂的標準的房間，給我們升級了房型還送了早餐。房間很大，過道上工作人員還會主動問好。去前台問了下附近有什麼好玩的，推薦了松雅湖公園，世界之窗看了下都很近，天氣好就該出去玩哈哈哈，下次還訂這裏點贊！！
