優點：價格實惠，房間較大，有洗衣晾衣的，有90度窗景。有xbox遊戲可玩，樓下商業街，附近不遠就是各處景點。
不足：公寓loft隔壁有人關門聲音較大，一次性拖鞋單薄，淋浴廁所一體，瓷磚不防滑要注意，席夢思床墊很軟彈，睡不習慣。
注意，尤其夜裡開着衞生間燈，不要開窗，18樓也會有很多小蟲飛進來圍着燈光打轉。
這個價格而言還是不錯的

回家看外婆自駕途徑，盲目選擇的沒想到意外的好，乾淨，安靜老闆人非常熱情。值得來。因匆忙未來的急拍照，但確實很好。

必須好評，太讚了，大拇指。
因為這次出差選擇臨時住在高鐵站附近，方便第二天一早乘車而選了這個民宿，果然沒有讓我失望。
房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，衞生間也很nice。房間設施都很好用，沒有任何問題。
旁邊吃的不要太多，晚飯吃了缽子菜，第二天一早在酒店附近的汽車站吃了津市米粉，本地的特色菜，好評。
下次來常德的話必須還住這裏。

入住的第一感受就是老闆很熱情，其次就是房間裝修風格很簡約大方，房間很乾凈，住的舒服；窗外景色很美，窗户的隔音效果也很好；而且門的防盜鎖也是根本沒辦法從外面打開的那種，一個人住很放心。

自駕遊臨時住一夜，高速下來很方便。雖然是民宿但是房間舒適度堪比五星酒店，兩個床不在一個房間可以避開我老公的呼嚕，有洗衣機和洗衣液方便洗小朋友衣服，全屋各種設備智能。最關鍵燈特別多屋子可以非常明亮，我就討厭那種燈光昏暗的酒店。樓下週邊商業業態都是吃喝方便。總之這個民宿給人一種家的舒適感，值得推薦。
