Very happy with this hotel. The staff are friendly and professional, easily handling our language barrier and were prepared to handle the necessary foreigner paperwork. The rooms are clean, cool, comfortable, and spacious and housekeeping is generous in ensuring there are adequate consumables. There are restaurant options nearby, nice views of the river, and it’s really easy to hire a car to get around Changde.

Very good hotel. Warm people in reception, good hospitality, convenient parking. Near from some tourist attractions. We stayed with family in a suite. Awesome experience.

昨天入住酒店，下車後忘記關窗晚上又下大雨，車上也沒有留電話號碼，聽説值班經理和保安查了兩小時監控才找到我，真的太感謝了，要不然損失慘重，為酒店點贊👍👍👍
