房間有點大，我們在最邊套，多了兩扇窗，可能隔熱效果不好，晚上空調製熱不行，而且聲音有點大，剛進房間的時候，空調顯示板是壞的，跟前台説明後，馬上就有師傅上來維修，速度還是可以的，睡到半夜，越睡越冷，再次跟前台反映，前台給出兩個方案，換房間或者增加取暖設備，但同一樓層的房間沒有了，要到其他樓層，不想換房，酒店服務員送了一個油汀上門，制熱效果還可以的，這一晚上就對付過去了，酒店處理問題還是比較及時的。酒店離凈月潭景區很近，離店後我們去了凈月潭，玩得很開心。

非常好👍又續住了一天。前台韓雨鑫服務很好👍 提前幫辦理好房卡，因為過年期間預訂房間網上價格比較貴就沒訂早餐，他很貼心幫做了房間升級。還提供了換零錢服務，給我走親戚包紅包提供了便利。因為他細心周到的服務節省了我很多出行時間。👍👍👍給五星級服務點個贊，期待下次出差再來開元住。

性價比超高，住了好些天，酒店早餐符合五星標準，樓下餐廳有浙菜、粵菜、本地菜，味道很正宗，房內配加濕器，適合南方人。特別要贊一下的是他家的恆温泳池，還有按摩床，邊上還有桑拿室，設備真不錯👍。唯一的缺點就是：電視機不能投屏，也不能聯網，完全是個擺設
