What a great place high up in the mountains, a bit of drive, once you are there it's really great. Nice and friendly service, everything is being explained very well. Rooms are slightly on the small side, however not a big issue at all.

Everything was excellent The room was clean, the food was delicious and very good wines served. It is close to the Chandolin electric chair and you can get from the slopes directly to the hotel Would like to revisit

This is a wonderful hotel. Not overly fancy but perfectly fits the ambience of the Swiss mountains. Fantastic views, very clean, a nice SPA, great food, and friendly and welcoming staff. If you want a place to chill out, breather clean air, forget climate change, and see beautiful vistas, this is the place to go!

As part of a trip through Zwitserland we decided that staying in the mountains would need to be part of the trip. Through the Marriott app we found the Chandolin Boutique hotel, part of the Design hotels concept. Well, the experience at the Chandolin Boutique hotel outperformed our expectations. Yes, it's far away from everything.....yes, rooms are relatively small....etc etc (as can be read in certain reviews), at the same time that is what we knew and what we came for. At this hotel they managed to put a typical Chalet style place into a warm and pretty luxurious setting. We truly enjoyed the entire stay in every aspect. As a piece of advice, the structure is designed to keep cold out in the winter, so during summer time due to this good isolation the rooms could do with some natural ventilation. This is easily achieved by opening the balcony window at night. The restaurant is also a very nice place (both for breakfast and dinner). And yes, if you do not book a stay for breakfast rate one has to pay for the breakfast....they are very clear about that upfront and I can assure you, it's worth it, as the breakfast is also very good. All in all, great stay, very friendly and helpful staff, would recommend this to anyone looking for some tranquility combined with luxury at more than 2000 m above sea level........next time around, will stay here again and then would definitely go hiking in the area.

Up in the clouds, Chandolin boutique hotel offers a great way to relax your body and mind, trough spectacular views, nice spa and good food & service. Lifts are 400 m away and if you don’t like to walk, a shuttle pass every 10 minutes

Everyone at the hotel, without exception, is very polite and helpful; there is a great atmosphere, everything is well maintained, and, above all, clean- Chandolin is an excellent place to 🎿 ski and rest.

This is a beautifully situated hotel in the Swiss Alps. We stayed for 5 nights (3 of us). The room was stylish and the views were stunning. My son & I enjoyed the hot tubs each evening after hiking. We were ambitious & had a car so we visited: * Bisse du Torrent Neuf * Lac du Moiry * Zermatt (hiked down from Gornergrat to town) * Chamonix/Mt. Blanc There are also lifts and trails right next to the resort. We did a bit of hiking there one of the days. It was a wonderful stay!

This delightful property is nestled away in a quaint part of switzerland. With beautiful views and amazing sunsets, the mountainous scene is spectacular. They have a modern but traditional mountain chalet design, a beautiful spa, complimentary ski gear in the ski room, amazing service and a small town feel. The food is to die for and their welcome drink makes it feel like Christmas all winter long. When things go wrong and you are stuck on the side of a mountain or you cannot reverse your car out of predicament you find yourself in, they offer a calming tone. Their room rates and meal prices are great value Did i mention how super sweet and smiley they are?! Well, they are! It is a 55min winding uphill road from Crans Montana and about 26miles so although you feel a world away, you are a pleasant and leisurely drive to a bigger city with high end shopping and all the luxuries you need. St Luc is the next town over from Chandolin and they have everything you need there too.

I did a reservation for 17th to 19th. The payment was processed. By the time we arrived (9:40 pm) we were in shocked (my husband and 3 kids) to find out the hotel is closed until the 15th December. No restaurant facilities anything. Only an envelope and a key. We Had to come back. Never thought this could happen.how can they offer a hotel at this time Of the year without being open????
