The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Have to say that the linen was clean and the staff we met were pleasant. BUT for the rest! Everything was either broken or cracked. Air conditioning too loud to use. No wipe off mat so directly you were in the room it was filthy. Outside there were used condoms at the bottom of the stairs and rubbish all over the parking lot and gravel garden. A disgrace.

It was a bad experience, we arrived at ca. 20:00 with 3 big luggages. We were told that our room at 3rd floors, without lift. But the colleagues in hotel even did not ask to help. Cleanness is not good, ventilator and water cocker are covered by dust. Overall is not satisfied, I think you can find another better hotel in Tours.

We stayed here for one night. Was told the restaurant was only serving pizza. Not a pizza fan so didn’t book a table. Came to the bar for a drink to find out there were other food options! Tried to book a table to be told all other food options were unavailable only pizza or salad left. Staff totally unhelpful. Will not be staying here again! Also they couldn’t care less

After a long drive through the heat, we were glad to arrive at a hotel with air-conditioning! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also of good quality. Overall, the quality was good, except for the food at the restaurant (dinner) which was really of very low quality and I would certainly not recommend this. A salad was served in a kind of metal deep bowl, similar to the drinking or eating bowls for dogs. The salad itself was a strange mix of salad and greasy meat. We also ordered a "brochette Atlantique". This was apparently based on some frozen fish blocks which had been thawed (or steamed) and were almost tasteless. This was combined with some dry rice and a minuscule amount of sauce. Not being a cook, I could have prepared this so much better.

The main lounge/ bar area was very nice but let down by the small room and older style bathroom. For some reason we were given two twin beds and the receptionist wasn’t very helpful when we asked for a double bed.

Hotel is spotless, all the staff are very pleasant and helpful, room very quiet, breakfast good choice + evening meals.
Good location to visit chateau's etc. plenty of other food outlets close by.
