Very good resort, clean with the best view of Dalhousie. The balcony offers a very nice view, especially for couples; I recommend booking the gallery view. Let's discuss the pros and cons: Pros: Close proximity to Gandhi Chowk; you can easily walk to the market. Rooms are neat and clean. Centralized AC with a maximum temperature of 28°C. The view from the balcony is like paradise, especially during the first snowfall in January 2024. Hill view is fabulous. Cons: The only issue I noticed was the intermittent electricity due to heavy snowfall. The food is slightly expensive for our budget.

I had a wonderful experience overall at the Snow Valley Hotel, with stunning views, comfortable accommodations, excellent staff service from Vijay Sharma, and delicious cuisine (especially Karahi Panner) at the restaurant. However, it's unfortunate that the WiFi in your room wasn't working and that the bathroom could use renovation for an enhanced guest experience.

Great staff and very helpful people. The guy attending us at the restaurant named Sunny Sharma was very helpful and polite. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Housekeeping was prompt and of very good quality. Dont forget that they have their own terrace for paranormic views. Highly recommended.

The overall experience was amazing. Right from Hotel Location, Food, Valley View room, Hotel Amenities everything was taken care perfectly. Great service, amazing stay. Special mention Vijay Katoch for providing excellent service. Cleanliness is top notch, view from the rooms are amazing overlooking the snowcapped mountain range. Rooftop recreational area is good for sunsets and leisurely walks.

I had a wonderful experience at the Snow Valley Resort. Beautiful property Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, providing easy access to attractions. Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making our stay comfortable. Hotel restaurant offered delicious food. I especially enjoyed the view from my window wall. It was Beautiful !!!!!! I highly recommend this hotel as it Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all.

Most recommended hotel, ( over all food quality is very good and stay and remaining all hospitality is soo good ) highly recommended. For couples, it has maximum privacy and rooms are spacious. ***ish Sharma ji and Suraj ji are extremely cooperative.
