So don't or start ... it was the shortest stay I could have done in a hotel. Already when you arrive, you realize that the location although ideally located qie is very dirty ... rats and dust everywhere at the entrance ... check in no problem.. mounted in the lift? My God a more unpleasant qie smell, arrived at the floor a smoke smell, dust, sweating all mixed with a spray deodorant to vomit! Once in the room all-compliant, home hardly done ... draps with socks, the ground joined with socks and sticks sticks ... checked ... the store did not close ... the toilets had brown socks ... the shower shower like unknown sticks ... the walls had brown sticks like very strange and reluctant dirt drops ... and the cake on the cherry, and looking behind the white and brown polystyrene toilets (surely accumulated dirt) And who was over completely dead? A cafard ... even the cafard prefers to die rather than stay in such a dirty place, before a small cafard this time living down, cut off the road and flee under the bed. After 10 minutes of room inspection we were down .... and even if another room was offered when you saw everything I saw in the previous room impossible to sleep in this hotel. We are very disgusting and horrible for anyone with a ”normal” hygiene when we leave, we ask for the refund that the receptionist made us without even asking questions so much she has the habit. 1 out of 4 clients arrive ... and go back immediately.

Last Thursday 15//12/2022 I suffered the worst hotel experience of my entire life, I wouldn't wish it on any human being. And yes, I'm venting because the hotel chain Hotel B&B HOTEL Cergy Saint Christophe treated me miserably. I was assigned to a project in Paris, and I was traveling from Berlin. My flight was arriving at 23:30. I had made my reservation through Booking.com and tried to pay with the digital debit card assigned by my company, Hotel B&B informs me that I don't need to pay in advance that I will pay at the hotel. Then, by messaging them I told them that my card is a digital debit card, and I ask if that would be a problem on my arrival. No one ever responded and I decide to travel. Then, I find myself two days later, at 0:40 in an industrial zone at -5°C with a thermal sensation of -8°C, the taxi drops me off and I realize that there is nothing around the hotel. There began all my tragedy, there was no reception or staff, only an automatic machine which asked me to pay everything with a physical credit card. Right next to the machine is an emergency button to call the hotel staff, I called by pressing the button, and I was answered by the most ruthless person in the world. Grossly he said ”I can't do anything for you, credit card or nothing”, I insisted explaining, grossly he said - ”Don't you understand? I insisted explaining, he rudely said ”-Don't you understand, credit card or nothing, otherwise you must leave, because I can't open the door for you”. I panicked when I tried to ask for an Uber back to the center of Paris and realized that no Uber would come because the area is so remote. I called again and begged him to at least let me go to the reception that I was freezing to death, that when I found a taxi I would go. Indifferent he said ”it's not my problem, I can't talk to you anymore because I have to talk to other callers”. After calming down myself and, after 45 minutes in the bitter cold, I tried the machine again with my personal debit card and was approved for one night only. So I managed to get into my room. The next day, I cancelled my entire reservation for the next days at the reception and I checked out of that hotel. Well, the last straw, 3 days after I checked out my email and the hotel charged my stay for 7 days to the digital card of my company... The worst manager of a hotel attended me, and promised to give me my money back. He does not do it in the time he promised and I went back to the hotel directly to solve this problem. The manager didn't even say good morning, and yelled at me ”what the hell are you doing here?, I told you I was going to solve it... Then we argued, I kept calm, he gave me a refund invoice, and told me it's not the hotel's fault that you arrive at night. It was all your fault, here is your bill. Au revoir!!! How can you Hotel B&B hire such persons to work in hospitality? and how can you Hotel B&B let them abuse and humiliate your customers?

Fortunately a car was in front of us, because without room code, it is not obvious to go home.

The hotel was renovated, well maintained, clean. late arrival, the gentleman at the reception was very friendly and laughing. We had a room in the clam, far from the lifts as requested. The hotel is very noisy. The rooms are noisy, you hear everything that happens in the neighbors. Moreover, the hotel is organised around a huge hall on several floors. In this hall is breakfast. The hotel is very comfortable and it is very good to have a nice breakfast, and it is very good to have a nice breakfast at 6:45 in this hall, making all the rooms enjoy the music. A central part of the kitchen/sanitary service that closes with doors without isolation. More room gives on this hall with a fixed window only protected by a very medium-state Venice store so light and lack of intimacy. The only thing that saves the hotel c is breakfast , it is very simple but complete... at the end we have little sleep and a quite disturbed sleep especially because it was very warm in the rooms.
