The podium where I live today has a very large room. There is an extra wash basin in the room. It is good not to interfere with the people who use the toilet. There is a small refrigerator without a microwave, but the sound insulation is extremely poor, minus points. I will live in the main building tomorrow and compare the evaluation. The price/performance ratio is still high.

The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast and has a swimming pool. The facilities are very complete, and there are many people who come here to live. Except no slippers, haha

This should not be advertised as a hotel! It is a safe injection house as well as a ‘Turning Points’ facility. My daughters and I were going to stay the weekend, but only stayed 5 minutes. The bathroom in the lobby looked like someone’s backend exploded and it seemed like the pool was giant bathtub. Rooms were dirty with crusty linens/bedding. Stay anywhere else but here!

We were greeted by the staff when we arrived. Check-in only took a few minutes. The room was superb. Big and spacious room. We had a king and queen rooms and both has their own toilet and bath. A spacious living room with fire place and a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake. The kitchen has everything you needed. I couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is fantastic.

Everything is good. The service is too bad. And this check-in and check-out time is really not normal Must check in after five o'clock and check out before ten o'clock The point is that this hotel will deduct money randomly! Be careful not to choose this hotel But I feel that this ghost place should be very difficult for anyone besides me to book this hotel with Ctrip. The view of this hotel is very nice. The pool is also very beautiful and big The service is really bad and it's a rogue level I drove from Banff to the hotel which drove for more than four hours and arrived at 10:30 in the evening. Then when I checked in, I told me to ask for a deposit of two hundred Canadian dollars for the pre-sale right I gave her a credit card. Then I took a look at my online banking. More than 320 detained... I asked him what the other one hundred and more were. I didn’t admit it to death. I showed him the voucher. She saw it for five minutes and told me that it was indeed the detained by their company, but she didn’t know what it was. Then I went to the room and started. I was entangled with Ctrip until about 1 a.m. and didn’t even go for a swim. I originally booked this hotel for swimming. Then I told me to give me a reply at 9 in the morning. I woke up naturally at 8:30 in the morning. Wait for the reply. Then tell me The hotel did not deduct my money. It only held me two hundred.... Then I sent the voucher to Ctrip and asked what it was. Then I went to verify it for two hours. During this period, I asked if I could check out later. I was told that it was delayed. There is a tax of 45 USD and 50 room charge. We must leave before ten o'clock and then at half past ten the hotel will come and drive us away, saying that we will not be delayed if we add money. I also told me that there are new guests who want to check in. I'm really It’s too bad. I asked you if the hotel can only check in after five o’clock? You don’t have to draft a lie? I’m really drunk. The service staff in this hotel are like the bandits. At 11 o’clock, Ctrip came to the customer service and told me to verify it. It’s an extra authorization... I really am Spit up. Since I authorized you to tell me in advance! Say two hundred. I deducted more than three hundred and didn’t admit it at the beginning. At the end, I told me that it was all I authorized. I didn’t have the money to hold for you. It’s just that I didn’t do business like this. I told people to hold two hundred and the result was more than three hundred. . Why don't you hold more than 30,000! Said it would be refunded to me within seven working days. It is one thing to refund to me. Your behavior is wrong. Breaking the hotel’s service policy is simply a banditry logic. If you rob someone of your family’s forcible death, you won’t admit it. In the end, all the evidence is displayed. I told me that it was an extra authorization. So why didn't you admit it at first, you are a broken hotel. It's really annoying. It's a big one! And I forgot to say. Why would you give me a two-bedroom suite for my one-bedroom suite? I don’t understand. Did you sell my room? I rely on Why do I need such a big room? My girlfriend and I sleep in separate beds, right? Vomit really The hotel is dying. It’s the same as the room for an 80-90-year-old man. I’m really sorry to have this hotel. I slept for five or six hours at 1,000 yuan. I was held for more than 1,500... Tour. I vomit. The experience is terrible. I came out to travel and encountered this kind of black spot hotel bandit hotel and encountered this kind of bandit customer service staff.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights on our tour of western BC. I will start with the good points of this property. The location can't be beat; right on the lake and a short walk to the beach, many restaurants, shopping, etc. The grounds and common areas are really nice and well kept. Our room was very spacious and we had a nice view of the lake. Check in was quick and staff seemed very helpful. There is a little store on site with a Starbucks which was very handy. pricing was ridiculous in my opinion: $ 5 for a donut and $ 12 for a small fruit cup? As others have mentioned, parking is $ 30 / night which is a little steep for a small town (we paid less in downtown Vancouver) and the resort fee is a joke. You have to pay it whether you use the amenities or not, so for us, our $ 80 (four days at $ 20 / day) got us two free cans of beer and $ 20 off a very mediocre meal in the restaurant. I think they'd be far better off burying the $ 20.00 into the price of the room. The disappointments: air conditioner in our room was very loud, furnishing were a bit dated and showing some age and the wifi was slow; almost unusable at times. At nearly $ 2,600 for 4 nights, parking, taxes, resort fees and one sub-par meal included, everything about your stay should be exceptional. If back in Kelowna, we would definitely consider staying here again, based mainly on location.
