the room wasn’t properly cleaned before we checked in, there was chocolate and dirty socks left underneath the bed.
the lady at the reception on saturday june 15th was very rude and impatient and not just to me but to other customers as well

Nicely renovated and kept very clean. No elevator for the second floor, which was fine but something to be aware of.

Great room and free breakfast! Very clean and room has been updated. Bathroom, TV, TV console all very nicely updated. Office chair is excellent. Older building, no elevator to second floor. All ground level rooms have an interior door and a patio door that exits to the parking lot. The property includes a gazebo and barbeque area in the back with a nicely mowned green space. Works if you need a hotel in this location. Near St. Thomas airport.

I really liked our room. Main floor. Everything was great.only thing i would recommend is the doors into the suites. There is movement/play in the door. Everytime another door shut it would jolt our door. Can see light from the hallway between the door and the frame. Put a insullated ***** at the lip of the frsme so no door's will slam and be noisey. Other then that everything was great.

Room was fine with patio doors for dogs. Toilet was not fully bolted down and unfortunately because it was the room at the end of the building, ants came into the washroom.

This is a very nicely updated building with many eco friendly features. The room was a little small but wonderfully cozy and comfortable for the two of us . The five wide shower was fabulous and the entire unit and commonareas were spotless clean. Breakfast in the morning was very well stocked and constantly monitored by a very nice staff personand again very clean.
