Spent my required quarantine here for international arrivals. They are one of the approved quarantine hotels. And when I was searching for quarantine hotel before departure, they were the most responsive and flexible as travel covid protocols constantly changed; made my reservation via email. I opted for the package that included meals and airport transportation. Everything worked seamlessly -- from airport pickup to checkout. Hotel personnel were helpful and accommodating with our special requests, room was basic but clean and everything were in working order, beds were comfortable, AC noise acceptable, clean bathroom with good water pressure and hot water, and really great wifi which was a life saver while on quarantine.

Location was great as you can see in the picture it's close to the main road however if you are sensitive to noise you might consider looking for another place. The staff were very friendly. So far our stay here is good. Very convenient because 7/11 is near and a lot of restaurants around. I can say that for its price, it's best already. I also love the fact that burger king is very near and is open 24 hours. There are also many coffee shops around the place and the Robinsons supermarket is just walking distance. Many atm machines and banks in the area where you can withdraw money at anytime. Moreover, price in this app is much better compared to other apps. Take note that the hotel does not have hair dryer and no safety box but that's not a problem for those who just want to have a place to sleep. And I don't think hot shower is working in our room but the last time we check in here, there were no problems. Finally, our overall experience was good. Thank you trip.com and thank you The Rooms.

The location is good close to Ayala Cebu and the suite was clean and decent size. However there was no internet signal throughout the stay in the room. Complained numerous times to the staff but they weren’t able to resolve the issue.

The cheapest hotel I could find. Stayed for 15 days. The rooms was on 4th floor nice and clean. I say rooms because halfway through our stay our air conditioning unit gave out so we were relocated(for free) to another room. The employees were all kind and willing to help with everything we needed. Location is nice. Almost next to Ayala mall and the general area is safe and easy to navigate/find transport in the form of either jeepney or bus. Decor is a bit gloomy and outdated. That beige on the walls is the only thing I disliked. It is by no means a 5 star hotel but it's a bargain for its price(15 euros a night) anyone would be stupid to pass. I recommend it to everyone who want to visit Cebu on a budget. We didn't taste their kitchen or visit the gym they have.

It's rare to find a place that offers such a well-rounded experience without breaking the bank. In conclusion, our time at Solea Mactan was nothing short of incredible. Plantation Bay is again my favorite hotel on Mactan. I was there August of 22, January of this year and just finished a stay in May. Here are some things to consider about Plantation Bay: - It’s the only large Filipino owned resort on Mactan and they must treat there staff incredibly well because everyone I spoke with has worked there 10+years - unlike other resorts they have a no tipping policy - The large salt water lagoons are beautiful and large enough that they never feel crowded - Plantation Bay offers a variety of food options for every taste - They have a wide variety of on site activities and offer multiple excursions outside the resort for reasonable prices To be fair there were a couple of things that could improve but those are minor - The beach towels need to be replaced. The bathroom towels are great but the beach towels were old and thin - During busy periods when you call bell service or guest relations the phone just rings with no answer. Overall though, this is the best place to stay on Mactan. Great service, unique activities, great staff, and some of the best swimming pools anywhere Here are some tips: - if you are not traveling with kids, the waters edge rooms are amazing. You can step from your deck directly into the lagoon - Consider the Route 66 Diner for breakfast. Good food and never crowded -A romantic dinner at Palermo’s is a great option on site - I paid the extra $50 to have a car drop us off and pick us up at our room and it was definitely worth it. You get checked in/out at your room saving time Highly recommend this great hotel

I was looking for a hotel near the airport and near the grocery and restaurants during a recent trip to Cebu. My usual stay had a big price increase and since it was far from the airport, I tried looking for a new hotel. I used to stay at other hotels near Felicity and thought that the prices were a bit steep for hotels without pools. I chanced on them while browsing Google Maps and gave them a call. It's good that they had a vacancy and so I made my way from the client site to the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the bright lobby. The single room, though, had a weird layout with the sink just behind the door but not inside the bathroom. Still it was value for money because it had hot and cold water, a cool air conditioner, a refrigerator, a flat screen TV and clean sheets. Since it was just beside the highway, I expected to hear scooters darting across. Well, most of the noise came from fellow guests walking through the corridors after making bar crawls, I guess. Aside from that, the hotel is great value for money. I'm looking forward to staying with them in future trips.

A great hotel at a most reasonable price. Close to many attractions as well as easy to get to ferry piers and north and south bus stations. Enjoyed our stay there and staff are most courteous.

The hotel was okay for the price. Prices are meant for members so it is best to check membership if you will stay a while. They dont really tell you to apply before booking. Good place if you want to go for a staycation. Reservations department could do be more accommodating given the level of aspiration the hotel strives for. meh
