Hotels near Central Philippine Union Conference (CPUC) in Cebu

From check in to check out was smooth. Everything was clean. I'd love to visit there again. Btw, breakfast was also extravagant and delicious. It was comfortable and convenient!!!

The location is good close to Ayala Cebu and the suite was clean and decent size. However there was no internet signal throughout the stay in the room. Complained numerous times to the staff but they weren’t able to resolve the issue.

Wow. Really loved this no fuss, simple hotel. So clean and extremely well executed service. Bed was the most comfortable comparable to 5 star hotels . Best location. Will be my new , no brainer , quick decision , go to hotel . Yes!

Many areas need to be looked into although they may be small and seem not important. Like balcony, carpet, etc. The WC seem to be an awkward position. Big spread at the buffet breakfast include many Philippines varieties.

We had a very rough time checking out. First and foremost they don't have any coordination especially the front desk people. We paid an initial deposit of 3k which the lady who received us that day only inoutted 2,400 in their system and she did not gave us any receipts. We didn't even bother to asked it since we thought we could trust her. But guess what, during check out she denied that she received the 3k cash. If I did not cross check the receipt they would've charged us more. We are a bit disappointed on how they handle the situation and this kind of issue not being professional enough. Especially this lady Elen/Elaine in the front desk. She is giving us this attitude which is a big no no for me. This is not how you treat customers especially you are in a hospitality industry. Anyways, The room is clean but alittle bit small. Internet connection is poor and I can hear noise outside and other guests walking in the corridor. The good thing I like about this hotel is their bed, shower and breakfast . Thats all!

We walked in and asked if they had a room available for the night. The reception personnel were very helpful and accommodating. The receptionist asked us to check the rooms available and we had a choice of Suite rooms, deluxe room or superior rooms. My wife chose the superior room. We paid for the accommodations and headed to the room. The room was really big with numerous windows on the 4th floor. The room was clean and had a king sized bed. The furniture is fine but some attention should be placed on the condition of the table. As I placed my elbow on the edge of the table it fell over due to a weak base and not properly attached. We didn’t use the table. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was really excellent. It was better than most places we have stayed. We invited some relatives over during the afternoon. We decided to have dinner in the hotel. Although the menu was not extensive it has enough for the average group. I ordered the pork steak with fries. Others ordered fried chicken and pork belly with rice. My wife just ordered a green salad with Thousand Island dressing. Although the meal took a while it was all placed on the table together. All orders were very tasty and well prepared. We would definitely eat here again. Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone needing a quiet place to stay.

Check in and check out process both commendable, very quick. Room review: Bed and pillow were so comfortable to lay in. You’ll have a good night sleep in this hotel. It smelt fresh too. Cold AC and working television. Shower was also good, working shower heater. The room was spacious, paid $23 for a night, not bad. I’d stay here again if needed in the future. Cleanliness: Some areas needed improvement. Wardrobe was dull and dirty. Dusty night stand. Also noticed the comforter has tiny ink stains. And the towels, they smelt nice like laundry/ good detergent smell but they need to do better with washing off the stains. Breakfast: Had the bacon, rice and hard boiled egg. It was ok. I commend the staff for serving it quickly. Staff: Very courteous and attentive. Requested for a room with window, it was granted but no view 😂 All I see was a dark wall which made the room gloomy. Elevator sometimes get crowded, will take a while to be used better use the staircase if you are in a hurry. WIFI was bad, intermittent signal. And the entire day I didn’t have a good phone reception. So mobile data is useless.

Good location near Ayala Center mall, although walking there is a bit hazardous. The outdoor common areas with the restaurant and pool are good. The gym is exceptionally well equipped for a hotel, although average cleanliness. The security policies are a little weird, not letting people leave without clearance at certain times (while letting people into the aforementioned common areas freely).

We stayed at the Mandarin Plaza for 3 nights at the end of our trip to Philippines. We booked two rooms and they were on the 16th floor. The views were great and it was very quiet. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were really clean. A lot of the TV channels were not working so we were limited in what we could watch however the wifi was sufficient and we could utilise our phones for entertainment. Breakfast was good however a little expensive if it is not included in your room. We paid an extra 1000php per night for an extra trundle bed and then an extra 50% of the room rate for late checkout of 6pm due to a late airport departure. The staff were very lovely and accommodating. Location is very close to the Ayala Centre and we walked there in less than 5 minutes.

Location was great as you can see in the picture it's close to the main road however if you are sensitive to noise you might consider looking for another place. The staff were very friendly. So far our stay here is good. Very convenient because 7/11 is near and a lot of restaurants around. I can say that for its price, it's best already. I also love the fact that burger king is very near and is open 24 hours. There are also many coffee shops around the place and the Robinsons supermarket is just walking distance. Many atm machines and banks in the area where you can withdraw money at anytime. Moreover, price in this app is much better compared to other apps. Take note that the hotel does not have hair dryer and no safety box but that's not a problem for those who just want to have a place to sleep. And I don't think hot shower is working in our room but the last time we check in here, there were no problems. Finally, our overall experience was good. Thank you trip.com and thank you The Rooms.
