A beautiful international network hotel in Serra Gaúcha that really follows the standards of comfort and good service. We were very welcome, check in and check out fast, new hotel, good room size, good bed, new furniture, new and good quality bed and bathroom clothes, all very clean. The bathroom is good, a good shower, which can be improved by the hotel standard and the hair dryer (a more powerful). All super careful collaborators .
