A beautiful international network hotel in Serra Gaúcha that really follows the standards of comfort and good service. We were very welcome, check in and check out fast, new hotel, good room size, good bed, new furniture, new and good quality bed and bathroom clothes, all very clean. Hotel novinho, tudo lindo, bem decorado, bem arrumado, organizado. Quarto para 3 pessoas é grande para o padrão Ibis Budget! Quarto colorido, bem iluminado e mobiliado. Chuveiro muito bom! Box grande. Funcionários atenciosos, muito bem treinados. Café da manhã compacto e bem gostoso! Único ponto que poderia melhorar é o isolamento acústico.
