The location of the apar**ent is excellent - close to Venice, the beach and bus stations. It's easy to find it. The employees are very kind and helpful for everything you need. They helped us to get to Venice and the surrounding islands in the simplest way. The apar**ent is spacious, extremely clean, each room has its own bathroom, the kitchen and dining room are spacious and equipped with everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning (heating and cooling) is easy to control, a parking space is provided, the terrace is covered. The shower cabins are very small.

Really nice in erevy point. We have been received and treated as kings. I don't find any thing to say that is bad. Thanks for all. If I come back visit Venice, i know where to sleep now :)

We can’t describe how happy we are. We were really successful in choosing this hotel. Beautiful place, friendly staff, and comfortable facilities. It will become our first destination whenever we want to visit this region.

The Staff is really good to begin with, breakfast was included in the nominal price we paid for the rooms. Hotel location is good if someone is going with the purpose of staying in peace and near beaches. The beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was really good. The Hotel is a little far from the main tourist attractions (St. Mark's Square), have to take a Bus and then a Ferry.

The seafront apar**ent is located right in front of the beach. Our family of four (1 year old and 5 years old fit comfortably as the apar**ent-type room is spacious. The best part of it is the seafront balcony! Food is ok for a 3-star hotel. We had to walk down the street to be able to get to the restaurant that is in the main hotel. Hotel staff are friendly too! We just had a misunderstanding on our first dinner but all was sorted out immediately and the price adjus**ent was sorted out when we got home. I think internal communication within the staffs needs improvement. The beach has soft sand and we have dedicated sun beds so we didn’t have to wake up too early to reserve one.

We were at Margherete apar**ents, and it was absolutely good for us. Clean, well sized, comfortable. There was three AC in the apar**ent: two bedrooms, and dining room. The garden is clean, green, nice, quiet. Staff is smiling, helpful. One of our cars was unfortunately broken, so the staff helped us to find a service. Parking place is only for one car at the apar**an, but the is another nearby, if you come with two cars. It is also owned by the hotel. If you clever, and the second car isn't big, you can also fit the car next to the apar**ent's bike storeage (maybe?). Only negative point is the shower. It is narrow and the doors are crap. There used to be a waching machine, but it was tied up. It would be neccessary. Mop is missing from the apar**ent. The beach is near. You can use hotel's beach service for 10€, and also the hotel's pool for 10€/person. There are restaurants near besides the hotel's. These offers good quality foods too. You should travel to Venice, Caorle, Burano and the other islands with ship (7-10€/person by route). Punta Sabbioni port is near. It will be a beautyful vacation.

We stayed here for 2 nights due to an easyjet flight cancellation. We were understandably upset but the staff and the hotel were amazing. Lovely friendly man and woman on reception and they were so helpful. Really put us at ease. The room they put us in was big and looked newly done! The food in the restaurant was also delicious! Would recommend to anyone.

Very well located in the centre and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The staff were super friendly, especially receptionist 'Marzia' and 'Rozella' at the Bar. The breakfast was simply amazing with so much choice! Our room was nice, clean and perfect for our few nights here. They even had complimentary rental bikes that we used for the day with amazing local pathways out around the lagoon. I would highly recommend. Well done Junior Family Hotel.
