Hotel sicuramente più adatto alla villeggiatura di famiglia piuttosto che ai soggiorni business ma questo non è fondamentale per la valutazione. Camera decorosa ma davvero molto basic per arredi e per la biancheria. Pulizia buona, colazione abbastanza variegata.

Questo è il secondo anno che siano stati ospiti in questo albergo. La struttura è molto bella e ben gestita. Il ristorante propone cibi di alta qualità. I personale di sala molto gentile , anche se quest'anno c'era un nuovo cameriere un po fumantino. Ma dopo un dialogo pacifico há capito come rapportarsi. La piscina piccola ma ben organizzata. Il servizio spiaggia molto comodo. Spero di ritornarci anche per il prossimo anno.

Hotel veramente molto confortevole, posto in posizione eccellente a picco sul mare a San Marco, dotato di tutti i comfort di un hotel a 4 stelle, reception molto gentile ed esauriente alle nostre domande, parcheggio gratuito molto ampio e comodissimo, navetta gratuita per raggiungere i lidi vicini che sono raggiungibili con 20 minuti di cammino, giardino su più livelli curato in modo maniacale per volere del direttore, comunque dotato di piante non comuni e stupendo, ristorante da hotel di categoria superior con il servizio di camerieri educatissimi e gentilissimi, colazione ottima e dotata di ogni specialità sia dolce che salato, camere un poco piccole ma dotate di un terrazzino arredato con poltroncine e tavolo, servizi pulitissimi, biancheria pulitissima, poche le note stonate, arredi un poco datati, televisore piccolo anche se dotato di SKY, piscina e spogliatoi con gli arredi esterni in sintonia con la categoria dell'hotel, molto confortevole

Arriviamo e pronti via è stata sbagliata la stanza, non una junior suite ma una matrimoniale in cima a un ventina di scale su cui è impossibile salire con passeggino/navicella. Nessuna culla in stanza benché richiesta, porta asciugamani rotto, dispenser sapone rotto, decoder che non funziona. Quando segnaliamo che la stanza è sbagliata provano inizialmente a dire che sbagliamo noi, poi quando torniamo con le evidenze ritrattano e dicono che ci danno la tariffa giusta (ma non la stanza giusta, nel frattempo occupata). Neppure un gesto di scuse, al check out quando faccio notare che mi aspettavo un gesto di cortesia mi vien detto “abbiamo tolto il servizio in camera (10 euro)” che sorpresa sorpresa nel conto ci sta. “L’avrà inserito il collega per sbaglio”. Si va via con la grossa sensazione di essere stati presi in giro e che se non si fosse fatta attenzione si sarebbe stati anche fregati”
