Dirty. The whole place smelled like smoke. The bathroom and carpet were worn down. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The first room we were booked into the heater wasn’t working. They were going to sent the maintenance person, but he had already left for the day. Therefore, the front desk clerk switched us to an upgraded room

Around three in the morning, the alarm went off at random and hasn't gone off since. I can't sleep again in result. When you initially came in, you could see that the room wasn't cleaned following the last customer check-out. awful.

Old, worn out room. Walked in and i knew it was a smokers room. Stains on the carpet, didnt want to walk bare foot. Staff was inexperienced but friendly.

Rooms were old need update the drawers are peeling and the doors from drawer don’t keep shut the pool room was dirty hair balls found on the floor , the sink in the room so old has cracks all over the sink

We asked for a 4:00am wake up and 4:30 shuttle to airport
We got neither !!
We were told first shuttle was 430
We were put on the list for a 4am shuttle that we did not know existed
Finally got a 445 shuttle for a 5:30am departure time with the airline
My husband has Parkinson's and was close to a melt down
We expect compensation and do not want another opportunity to use that hotel again as such.
Southwest airlines was kind enough to hold the plane for us
I am 85 and they took pity on us
Please acknowledging this compliant and hopefully inprove your service to others

Disappointed since i stayed 2 yrs ago and it was great. On first night this smell of cigarette came in and didnt go away through the rest of our stay (non smoking property). Rooms need some TLC as the wear is obvious. Struggled for 10 min trying to get my door to look on our first time out because it would not lock and it was opened by just pushing in.

Very poor cleaning. Sticky residue on night stand. Found dried blood in plain sight on carpet outside of bathroom. Felt unsafe. 3rd floor smelled like smoke. Would not stay again.
