La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Omaha Airport Downtown

The experience was great and I will recommend to all my friends and family.

Check in staff were good. First room didn’t have a functioning tv so we were moved to another room. Our room had no hot water. Staff seemed to be aware of the problem but didn’t disclose it or have a solution to resolve the situation. Put a big damper on our stay at the hotel.

Pictures of the hotel definitely made it seem a lot nicer. Room was just very run down. Bathtub didn't drain while showering. Scuff marks all over the walls. Both of the beds in the room were different sizes (one was a queen, one was a full). Only one small lamp for the whole main room. Overall, just felt old and dingy. However, the staff was very nice and check in went very smooth.

Reasonable price but you get what you pay for. The first room was hot, lumpy pillows and bed. Second room much better except toilet had to be flushed several times to get toilet paper down. The maid said she knocked on our door when we were out at 930 loading our car and check out is 11 and they stripped bed moved our stuff and threw away our chocolate cake. I didn’t like them coming in before we checked out and moving our belongings and tossing items.

It worked for the few nights we were there! the breakfast was alright but the beds seemed a little outdated. a good stay overall!

The shower in our room was filthy. Brought the front desk person to see it and he moved us. New room was better but still gross. My wife would not walk barefoot at all.
