Dirty blood stained sheets, unmade bed, numerous hairs in the sink, ants on the bathroom floor, bathtub, sink and night stand.

Sunny and his staff are obviously working hard to renew and rejuvenate this quite nice hotel so conveniently located between Eppley airport and downtown Omaha. The staff bent over backwards to meet our needs. Our room was clean and fresh upon our arrival. A good hot breakfast available every morning. Able to take the shuttle to a midmorning departure with no waiting time. The pool remains closed but looks like it will be quite nice after renovation. Our experience seems to have been much better than some previous guests over the last 2 years likely due to the efforts of new management to rise to higher standards!

Needed a hotel close to airport for early morning departure. ADA room not more then 10 feet from elevator. Although we left before breakfast was served the dining area looked like it was above average. based on price, location and accessibility . The only negative was parking after checking in. if you use a cane or wheelchair you have to walk around the drive circle

The customer service was amazing, so this review rating is a reflection of the room and the condition of the hotel. You can tell this hotel has not been properly maintained for awhile, the room was underwhelming, under furnished, and didnt feel safe or clean. Parts of doors were missing, carpet tearing, older looking than it was. there were only a few people staying in the hotel, however, there were people coming and going all night.
you could hear every door open and close. wouldnt stay again.

I have stayed at La Quintas before and they are usually very nice. This one wasn't the nicest however the staff were very friendly

Comfortable, good check-in. The hotel manager was a quite unprofessional and treated the shuttle driver and snow plow guy very poorly in front of us guests waiting for a ride to the airport. Other than that front-seat drama, good stay!

This stay was a great weekend get away from the normal and I'm looking forward to staying in the next coming weekend hopefully they will have the breakfast situation taken care of when I return into town

Oscar, the front desk greeter is awesome, he deserves a raise. I would stay here every time if Oscar is working.
