Simple yet enough room, the amenities are enough and the location is great to walk around and go to the different attractions, price is good. Laundry service been a third party is quite expensive but nothing to worry

I paid for a room with a city view but did not get it. When I brought it, asked for a room with a view or a credit back. They said they would try and get me a room. They weren't able to and they never got back to me with a credit. Not cool.

The room was spacious and clean. We loved having a kitchen and overhead shower. Also, the location is great! Close to everything but not noisy.

The room did not correspond to my reservation and resembled a basement. I had to operate a dehumidifier continuously, alongside the air conditioner, to control the moisture levels. The staff was friendly and helpful; however, none of them spoke English. I was quite disappointed and would not recommend this accommodation to my friends or family. Additionally, visitors were not permitted.

Staff was lovely and very attentive. Rooms were clean. Layout of the room was not ideal. I booked a one bed classic apartment and the picture showed a couch for a separate sitting area but I did not have that in my room. I had a wooden chair that was not for sitting. It would be nice to have a sitting area with a couch and a table as well.
