This is the place to get sick and ruin your holidays! from tip to top is the worst place I've ever stayed in Colombia! there is too much noise in the hall area is impossible to sleep, the bed is decent at least, but the room is a nightmare so tiny if you open the luggage there is no way to pass, and the door handles are broken in the bathroom and the main door, you have only one tiny towel for the whole staying, there is no shampoo in the dispenser and I needed to ask for body wash, there were cockroach in our room, the breakfast is nothing alike the pictures, is filthy tasteless, waitress are so distracted and irresponsible, I asked precisely in Spanish how was made the fresh juice, tap water of bottle water as tap water is NOT POTABLE NOR DRINKABLE the girl said: is made with bootle water, we drank that and few ours later our holiday was ruined as we had food poisoning, in a place like that faraway from home is the most dangerous thing you might encounter, there are many tourists that have been dead due to this reasons, we head to the pharmacy and buy all necessary to get at list better without success, I had a confirmation from the lady in the reception that juices are made with tap water and she apologyze for the inconvenient, the hotel should not prepare drinks with tap water this migth be suitable for locals as their stomatch would be resistant to bacteria and parasites TURIST NOT i got the reservation through agency the lady was nice and deeply upset with this hotel, but I don't recommed this place. would find an air b&b for the same price at least cleaner and nicer. this place is disgusting!

Conveniently located around 5-7 minutes from the historic center. That is without taking into consideration traffick which can add up to 15- 20 minutes. Staff in general are friendly and approachable. Willing to help 24/7 Rooms are very small like a matchbox. Cleaning was not to international standards. Found long black hair in my bed from someone else. One of the TV remotes did not work. But that is why I don't give 5 stars to this place. Breakfast is included. Nothing extraordinary though. But you shouldn't be picking a hotel based on breakfast with a zillion options out there. Especially on the streets . Price is good but cleaning should never be compromised even with a good room price. It is also very true that you can hear everything from the rooms, like people talking on the hallway. Overall 3.5/5 stars

TRIPLE B. Good, Nice and cheap. In front of the hotel there is a huge tree, home to many birds😍 having breakfast with that symphony orchestra is priceless. It has what you need, Cartagena being a city with countless beaches, you arrive at the hotel only to sleep, in my opinion the bathrooms would lack hot water, breakfast is varied and is included, they do not have lunches but everything is nearby, (supermarkets and bars). Bocagrande beach is not the most beautiful but it is close.

Complete disappointment of the hotel, except for the staff who have been lovely, especially Dayana (I'm not sure if it's spelled that way). The photos are not at all what it is in reality, the conditions of the rooms they gave us are terrible, the bathroom had mold, the rooms are very small compared to the photos we saw, the bathroom with holes in the floor of the that bugs came out. And the breakfast has nothing to do with the photos. All in all, quite disappointing. Something good, as I have already mentioned, the staff, charming and friendly and the water in the shower has good pressure and comes out warm, which I know is not the case in many places.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The room does not look like the one shown in the photos, they are 4m2. No windows, no desktop. With unpleasant odors, a lot of dirt. They didn't give us our money back, IT'S A SCAM!

Don't be fooled by the photos. It is a terrible place to stay, the rooms are like a prison, the bed is made of concrete, it has no ventilation or natural lighting, the smell is terrible and you can hear all the noise from outside the room. The sheets and blankets were dirty and stained. The entrance door to the room and the bathroom were damaged so they do not close, and there is no safe deposit box so it is unsafe and risky to leave your belongings in the room. You ask the service staff for help and they don't help you, they don't assign you new rooms and they don't care about your disagreement. This place is very expensive for the poor quality of service it offers. It continues to offer motel services (rental of rooms by the hour to have sex). The best part of my experience at the Azuan Suites Hotel was when I left the facilities.

The first day of breakfast is supposed to be until 10 AM but at 9:30 when we arrived there was nothing and the response from an employee was to help yourself to what there is and when you saw there was nothing left, the light in the restaurant was already off. which when the red wine was served it spilled and burned our legs and as for the toilet, the first day they left us with only one small soap with 2 hats and two paper flip flops for the 3 days which we did not have enough soap in addition to see that the facilities are in deterioration and the main door of room 102 on the inside seems to have never been painted. The truth is we would not return to the hotel, not even a hand washing protocol or gel left at the entrance
