I enjoyed every moment of it! Seeing the elephants, feeding them, getting photos with them, the room was immaculate. I really enjoyed the elephant ride to the restaurant, the food was delicious I spent my Birthday here best birthday ever!! When I come back to Bali for a holiday I'm definitely coming back to Mason's Elephant Sanctuary 🥰😍🥰😍😂🤣 The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a pleasant one 😆🥰

I got a room with a view of the rice fields and woods, because it was the simplest room in the hotel, but it was still much more expensive than it was worth, and we were treated very badly, all the employees asked for the room number when we said it was 27, they treated us very differently, I have never felt so badly treated in a hotel, and they still say it is luxury, and the people at the reception just want to get money from everywhere, they keep forcing us to book tours and other things with them, they said that Grab wouldn't go there and that I would have to take a taxi with them, which was much more expensive, I took Grab and it did. And on the website I bought it said that there was a free transfer to the stores downtown, when I asked about this, it didn't exist, they want to charge 500 thousand.
The only good thing about the hotel is the elephant, but for that you can just go for a walk in the park,
it's not worth staying at this hotel.

We loved to stay at Mason elephant lodge.
Staff was so kind, elephants chauffeur was a new experience.

What a great hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing - extremely helpful and friendly. Before we went there we informed them about our honeymoon stay. Then they upgraded our room and gave us a free cake. During our visit we had our little incident, and Mr.Wayan Bawa drove us back and forth with so much patience and kindness. And he made our day so much better - he definitely deserves a raise! Ms.Ketut also helped us a lot. Thank you all so much. With you guys we saw the true spirit of hospitality.

This was the best part of our Bali trip. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was wonderful and so helpful!! The restaurant was 5 star. Feeding and interacting with the elephants was an amazing, one in a lifetime experience. The elephants looked well care for by the staff. Thank you to the mason elephant lodge for providing this unique and wonderful experience and for rescuing and taking care of these wonderful animals.

We stayed at the hotel for one night for the elephants! This hotel exceeded all my expectations!!! Absolutely delighted! The service is top notch, the staff is very friendly, everyone smiles, asks what room you are from.
The rooms are clean, everything sparkles! There were elephants walking around our balcony and eating grass) we were able to walk around the entire park at a leisurely pace, take our time to see everything, enjoy the elephants. At 6:00 pm, right outside your room, they pick you up on an elephant, you go to the restaurant. For my mother and me, they set a table in the park with a view of the elephants. There were only us, the elephants and a wonderful atmosphere. It was amazing! To my surprise, the seafood salad was very tasty!
The kind administrator always came up to us, asked how we were doing) we chatted pleasantly 🥰 to say that I am delighted is to say nothing! I definitely recommend staying here, at least for one night! It's worth it❤️
