I must stay here every time I come to Melbourne. There are many snacks downstairs and they are open until late at night.

빅토리아 마켓 인근에 있어서 구경하기 좋고 트램 역도 가까이 있어서 좋았어요 주변에 식당도 많고 편의점 슈퍼 주류샵 모두 가까워서 필요한 것 구입하기 좋습니다 체크인 데스크 직원분들 친절하시고 체크인 전 체크아웃 이후 모두 짐 보관이 가능해서 편해요. 많은 리뷰에도 있다 싶이 많은 사람이 있는 빌딩치고 엘리베이터 숫자가 부족하긴 합니다. 4대가 있는데 저희 숙박시엔 1대 고장으로 3대 운용 중이었고 주로 체크인 하는 시간인 2시 경에는 사람들 많이 밀리면 엘리베이터 좀 기다리는 경우가 생기기는 하는데 복잡한 시간 피해서 10시 11시 저녁 늦게 11시 이렇게 다닐 때는 크게 불편한 점은 없었어요. 시설 자체 청소는 구석에 먼지도 있고 화장실 같은 곳이 아주 깨끗하진 않아도 크게 예민하지 않으신 분들은 괜찮은 정도입니다. 숙소에는 기본적인 그릇 식기 등 구비되어있고 세탁기 건조기도 있고 거실과 큰 방 에어컨 잘 작동합니다 무엇보다 큰 방에서 통창으로 보는 확 트인 멜번 시내와 야라강 뷰가 환상적이에요 낮에도 밤에도 시원하게 내려다 보이는데 침대 위에서 누워서 보면 하늘에 떠 있는듯 한 느낌도 들고 너무 좋았어요. 아파트 내에는 헬스장과 수영장이 있고 수영장은 제법 길이도 길고 불가마, 스팀사우나, 야외온수풀도 있습니다. 9시 10시 경에는 사용하는 사람이 없어 전세 낸 듯 놀 수 있어서 좋았습니다 일정 상 짧게 이용해서 아쉬웠는데 다음 번에 한 1주일 정도 여유롭게 쉬러 다시 오고 싶네요.

The sink in the room leaked and it has not been repaired for a long time. Although there is a kitchen, there is no preparation of seasonings, which is quite inconvenient. The bed in the room is also relatively small. The transportation is relatively convenient, there are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs.

Old floors, dirty carpets

The staff are not helpful. Rooms and facilities are a bit old cannot lock toilet door. we want an extra blanket, but the staff said "we have to see if there are more blankets" totally surprised that blankets are insufficient to supply. The view itself from our room is great, beds are soft, room is spacious. Located at CBD, convenient for late night food, not much facilities for a hotel. Long waiting for the lift, with strange smell in the lift.

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment and found out that one of the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning. The air conditioner on the 69th floor is hung up. I don't understand it...it feels like a cheap interior decoration. The noise on the 69th floor was very loud, the wind was howling outside, and the high-rise building next door was too close, blocking the view and making it quite depressing. It is more recommended to stay in a hotel in Melbourne city because Chinese food is very convenient and you don’t need to cook yourself. The hotel is still high-end and clean for the same price.

When I encounter elevator maintenance, it takes ten minutes to go upstairs every time. My head feels big. The location and scenery are very good, but it is a serviced apartment. The service is so-so. The attitude of the Indian man at the front desk is too lazy.
