We had a 10 p.m. arrival, so booked our first night's stay here, and we are so glad we did. It is very close to the airport, and even closer to our following morning's car rental agency. We were also glad we took the hotel's advice and booked a driver to take us the short distance late at night -- only ZAR 130, safe and efficient. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, scrupulously clean, cozy room, comfy bed. Big shower stall. There is no lift/elevator, so the porter certainly earned his tip for carying our luggage up the stairs! And best of all was the buffet breakfast -- possibly the best buffet scrambled eggs ever, tasty sausages, hot porridge/outmeal, salad with pumpkin seeds and pine nuts; choice of cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt; plus toast, croissants, pastries, tea, coffee.

From the moment we arrived we felt like family. They safely stored our luggage while we were on safari, made lunch reservations, ordered taxis, rescued us from dinner when no taxis or Uber were available, they kept us safe in spite of ourselves. The suites are spacious and well appointed. Full kitchen, full and half bath, sitting room and bedroom. Breakfast is cooked to order… go for the omelette! Fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, bakery fresh breads, fresh squeezed juice, coffee and a wide variety of teas. Laundry service is available with 1 day turn around. Relax. Enjoy.

Rooms are comfortable with aircon and the extras in the bathroom impressed me - dental kit, shaving kit and even sewing kit. Owners are hand-on and very friendly - go out of their way to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
