The best place if you need a beautiful, affordable, easily accessible place in central Sea Point. Always immaculate, our lounge had fresh flowers upon our arrivals, rooms and especially living area are spacious. Two kitchens (where I stayed) very well equipped. Hostess is very friendly and helpful. I will never book another place if this is available. Within walking distance of main bus lines, a few shopping centres, lots of restaurants, the promenade, to name a few.

The apartment was cozy and a big surprise, there was a room cleaning available every day making it as close to a hotel experience as it gets. The complex is located in a beautiful part of town called Sea Point. I shall try to stay there again on my next trip to Cape Town.

This is our second stay at Barry Hall. We love the location and comfort of the apartment. The little sun porch is a great location to relax, read and watch the neighbors go by. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meal or heat up one you brought in. Rita was concerned for our comfort and checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect accommodations for the three of us: very spacious, comfortable beds and furniture, well equipped, clean kitchen and terrific location to walk to many good restaurants, the coast and shops. I hope to return someday!

I stayed in the Garden Cottage, which worked very well. The area has a lovely vibe, with the beach nearby and cafes and a Woolworths, Pick & Pay etc in walking distance. The room met my needs for a quiet night in a clean and comfortable environment.

We had a stunning stay at Apartment 4, Barry Hall Apartments. The apartment is spacious, light, stylish, comfortable and well equipped. There is no air conditioning in the apartment but there are windows everywhere so air flow is great (plus there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom). Check-in was easy and the owner, Rita Turner, and her team, Felicity and Zolly, are great and immediately attended to any problem that arose (of which were very few). The location of Barry Hall Apartments is fantastic - there is a supermarket 50m down the road and a Woolworths Food Store (including clothing) around the corner, 200m away. Great restaurants are within a two to five-minute walk away. The apartment is located just off a main road in Sea Point on a quiet road. There is parking on the premises for two or three cars. Barry Hall Apartments really offer great value for money and I highly recommend a stay here. We will most definitely stay here again.

This is our second time we stayed at Barry Hall Apartments, the location is very convenient as it is close to all major attractions in Cape Town, also shops and restaurants conveniently located within walking distance. Very spacious apartments, we were travelling two families together along with my mother and my mother in-law. We stayed in two apartments, plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen, living room, etc. Rita is always very accommodating to all our needs and questions. I will be looking forward to come back to Cape Town and staying there again.
