The mattress was very firm, too firm for my husband but it was just right for me.

We loved the location, right across from ocean. We stayed for several days and no housekeeping came to our room. We had to ask for more towels and coffee. For it being such a slow time of year, we thought the service would have been better. Also, no microwave in the room.

Perfectly located across from Long Sands Beach and close to Nubble Lighthouse. The food at the Sun and Surf restaurant was excellent!

Can't beat the location! There were some stains on the sheets and the fridge was old and rusty. But, overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My favorite part was the heat light in the bathroom lol . The view of the beach was amazing and having a restaurant right there was great ! Bed was a little too hard and pillows too soft but overall a great place that I would definitely stay at in the future 😊

Storm damage in the area was heartbreaking but our stay was perfect hotel was amazing I loved watching the waves crash in from my front row balcony seat.

Room was nice enough, needs some updating and rip up the carpet, bed was fairly comfortable.
Walls are paper thin; we could hear EVERY word our neighbors were saying, even their phone conversation on speaker. Plus, I believe they were smoking or vaping **** in their room, because our room reeked when we got back from our hike, coming through the adjoining door. I don't get it, NO Smoking IS NO SMOKING regardless of what it is.
We couldn't use the only pool open as it was FULL of kids (including the hot tub) that no adult could get in or relax.
Also, the kids running up and down the walkway outside our room like a heard of elephants, yelling and screaming, where's the parents?

Stayed for four nights. No maid services.
Fantastic view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay. I will go there again.
