Nice helpful lady called Louise knowledgable with information Within the area where we were staying at. The room was lovely and clean and booking in went nice and smoothly aswell Louise was a genuine person and took pride in her job And having a welcoming smile at reception helps lift your weary spirit on arrival makes ALL the difference to you . Thank you

Third time of staying at Rugeley Travelodge. Clean and comfortable. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Would recommend it.

This was a two night stay in a hotel we have used frequently before. A friendly atmosphere pervaded the whole hotel especially from Laura who was polite and welcoming, both at check in and when we left. One fault with several Travelodge rooms we've used is the inadequate flush. Often, it just won't take solid matter. This is unacceptable. I am considering packing rubber gloves next time so I can more easily deal with the problem! The lack of a loo brush doesn't help. Shower gel dispenser was faulty, too. Another common fault. Overall, we like staying here because it is clean and comfortable with staff who are very welcoming. It t is conveniently placed for several eateries, including Subway, a Nepalese/Indian restaurant and Wetherspoons.

Generally clean but tired. In need of refurbishing. Outside littered with cigarette butts despite there being a bin

Felt like a heard of elephants above sound proofing awful.Don’t sleep at all ! Very tired inside I would not even get in the bath !

Great value, clean, friendly staff. Room was tidy & clean but bed was a bit hard for me. Door did not fit ggd frames very well & could do with a coat of paint.

For the price I paid the room was incredible. The beds were very comfortable, each of my children had a full size single and slept so well! The shower pressure was perfect. Only recommendation is a chain on the door because my children were able to open the door

An excellent experience...we had a family party and couldn't put everyone up...all those staying said the rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the beds and the staff went out of their way to help.Thank you...will do the same next time.

Stayed on 12-04-24. Check in was smooth, receptionist was polite and friendly, she couldn’t do enough to help me. Room was clean, shower was wonderful and the bed was so comfortable. What else could I ask for.. Thank you. I will definitely use your hotel again and recommend others try this heavenly oasis
