It is very cost-effective among the all-inclusive hotels in the hotel area, but the rooms may be ordinary because of their age. The supporting facilities such as swimming pool, beach and restaurant are not bad.

Everything about the resort was amazing. The staff was spectacular. The food was delicious. The entertainment was well put together. My only complaint would be that everything shuts down at 11. There was nothing to do! No night life at all. My group was a bunch of night owls, and it’s not feasible to leave the resort every night.

The rooms are good. We didn't get the room we had initially booked, which was disappointing givin we book a room with a veiw and all we could see was a tall facility. We booked a room with a king bed but instead got a room with 2 double beds.
The food is very repetitive. Every day the same thing. Bar staff was great. The beach is very smal. Like very very small, and not as soft as most other beaches that we walked during our stay. A few staff menbers were pretty rude when it came to smaller kids playimg in the pool but for thw most part it was a good stay.

My husband and I decided to stay at this resort for my birthday and I must say we had no regrets. The food, people and environment was simple amazing. First time to Mexico and we will be returning. I wouldn’t mind trying another resort but afraid I won’t have the same lovely experience like we had here. Definitely will be returning again.
