호텔 직원들도 친절하고 음식들도 전반적으로 다 맛있었어요. 라군 뷰도 나름 이쁘고 확 트여 있어 좋았구요. 프라이빗 바다도 파도는 좀 쎄지만 아이들과 즐겁게 놀 수 있었답니다.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk was extremely helpful. Gabriella the omelette chef was amazing! Emanuel at the front desk help me with numerous requests and delivered without hesitation. Room service was excellent.

Amazing time we had at this resort. From staff, to food, to amenities and room. We will definitely stay here again and will highly recommended! Special shout of to Wilberth the swim up bartender for taking care of us so well. We now have a friend in Cancun!

We loved the dining options. We also especially loved how everything is right on the beach! So convient, and everything is so close ans convient. Loved it!!! The staff and entertainment team was so awesome. We will be SURE to recommend to friends and family. We will also love to come back before it closes down for renovation. Amazing. Truly 10/10

It is an average in every criteria. The resort credit is worthless. You are better of planning all excursions by yourself and not through the resort staff. You get better price for the same thing.

I was promised a $500 resort credit towards purchases at the resort. I made purchases and credits did not appear on bill. I went to the resort counter on two different occasions and again at checkout and they kept saying they will take care of it - but when trying to checkout they effectively kidnapped me until I paid on credit card. When I wrote charge in dispute. They ripped it up (holding me effectively hostage) and made me sign again without any comment and matched it to my signature on my passport. Complete theft of funds from me. I disputed on the credit card and we will have to see where that goes.

The Beach Palace was fantastic. The food and the service is second to none. The beach front property is well maintained and spacious. Entertainment staff are great, and there are plenty of activities. Nightly entertainment was good. The illusionist show was unbelievable. The resort makes a great effort to accommodate guests, and all staff were extremely helpful. Waterslide is great, not just for children. Child care is also very useful. Drink selection and food selection was very good. I would definitely come back again.
