Modern hotel with big comfortable. Great welcome. Just let down by housekeeping who didn't make up the room as we had left a couple of bags on the bed. I understand them not making the bed but nothing was cleaned, the bathroom, glasses etc

I checked in late and there was no internet connection in the room after check-in, so I wanted to inquire with the hotel, but all the staff had left work so I couldn't get any comment. When I inquired the next day, they only informed me that I had been assigned a different room upon check-in, and no one took responsibility. It was a very problematic service.
