I am still on holiday and the noise in the room is terrible, it goes on to 3 in the morning from the room next door. I have completed to reception and they are not bothered in helping. Constant smell of damp and sewage in room when you come in, seems you are just put in the rooms at the back with not view if your British. I can’t wait for this holiday to end. We have never had so much trouble on holiday.

Really nice hotel I went for my wife’s 40th they provided a beautiful bunch of flowers and a bottle of champagne really nice staff very quite too. If you want a totally relaxing holiday I’d go there really nice place the room was amazing 7th floor air conditioning remote controlled shutter blinds balcony view 5⭐️

What a fantastic Christmas and new year break at the hotel Volga. Every element of the break was spot on. Rooms are beautiful and location to shops in town is great. The jacuzzi rooms on balconies well worth a try. Rooms spotless and cleaned every day. Food was well presented and a good selection and always fresh. Restaurant was quite relaxing and not rushed. Entertainment spot on with good selection of activities. Staff always friendly and encouraged participation. Bar staff friendly and excellent service at all times. Management that care thank you Hotel Volga and special shout out to Malki. Enjoy your Xmas you all deserve it.

£100 stolen from my Hotel room safe: When we checked out on 8th October 2024, I noticed that £100 in notes were missing from my hotel room safe. Since the safe was quite dark, I rummaged around the safe to try and find my missing notes. I found hidden in the front corner of the safe, a wallet belonging to a woman who it turned out occupied the room before me, and had obviously left her wallet behind. I handed this wallet (which contained 100 Euro in notes) to reception and checked out. This is a puzzle? In my opinion, the only plausible explanation is that hotel security (who are the only ones able to access the safe apart from me) accessed my safe without my permission to try and retrieve the notes and wallet left behind by the previous occupant? Volga hotel denied any involvement in my missing £100. However, since the hotel security are the only ones able to access the safe, how can it have been anyone else?
