Best hotel for Family nearest to the beach and the hotel staff was quite experienced and professional with thier work.. Bishwanath ji at the reception greets you with a great big smile and made our check in super fast and made sure we don't have to wait a lot for check-in.. overall nice stay to be with family

I have stayed twice at this property, and have loved every minute being there. During my recent stay from 16th to 20th April 2024, I had the most memorable experience. The location of the property is perfect for someone out to enjoy Goa. It is located in one of the most happening parts of the state, and with a beach that is just a 5 minute walk away. Everyone in the hotel team goes out of their way to make you feel special and enjoy your stay. Their kitchen serves a delectable spread that leaves your licking your fingers. Unfortunately, I had a small medical emergency during my trip, but the the hotel team took it upon themselves to make me feel at home and cared for. I would like to make a special mention of some of the hotel staff. Sujit , the ***ager, leads from the front and is just a call away for any kind of requirements. The others in the team, including the Chief Engineer Kanta, Shankar (Front office), Spandana (Sales and Guest relations), Jamie (Front office), the Culinary team Chef Ravi, Chef Parmeshwar, Chef Mininath, Chef Bharat F&B team leaders Basant, Kim, Arvind, Minturn and Jyoshna, deserve a mention. I am grateful to all of them for their support to me and service in general.

Location of hotel is best in north goa, staff is too good. Room was very spacious and Ms. Neha who helped in booking was very help full for booking and other guidance. Cleaning can be better in terms of Laundry.

My stay was going very excellent thanks for regenta imperial team specially Mr .Shahid and shahrukh he and overall team is very cooperative . I am not accepting but very nice hotel and facilities ,all is very helpful next trip I am choose our hotel .thanku so much . All our team .

The best hotel which I have seen in candolim where all the services was absolutely good Food and services was beyond the expectations. Special thanks to Mr.Sankar,Mr.Basant,Chef Ravi and also the security Rakesh for their amazing and wonderful services. Definitely come next time with my family.

Checkin and check out process was very smooth and the guest services were superb from all the above expectations. Front office team specially Jamie,Bishwanath Shahid and the Front office ***ager Mr.Sankar was very helpful through my entire stay. All the services were just amazing. I and my wife and my kid visit Goa on April 10th we had been to Regenta hotel. We love the hotel it was really very beautiful hotel. The room was really big and clean the food was really good and the best part is the staf form from office and hosur keeping help us a lot
