The check in counter and the walk way to the room is very hot and the room are very hot. They need to improve on these.

Overall nice stay in the town. Room is comfortable. So clean and love the whole stay!

The best hotel in Butterworth area on all aspect. Check out the fantastic paddy field at Permatang Batu which near to the hotel as well.

nice to stay for 1 night, the room good enough, a few place visit including pantai bersih, RnR bagan ajam, and a bit further can visit ecopark Robina the cleanliness need to be improve. especially aircond, because can smell the dust others can be accepted.

Usual place for me to stay on my short trips to Bwrth. Location is the best. It's just that the room lights are pretty dim and no soundproof. But worth the price paid.

Good hotel nice and clean rooms. Got a few nasi kandar stall at night you can walk by around hotel.

It's an OK boutique hotel... But must check the nearby Indian temple event, try to avoid it... Coincidence my stay they have event, then lot noise and road jammed 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻

Not stratergic location. Near to temple and very noise at night time. Small cockroach in room.

Location is OK. However, air conditioner of the room was not working efficiently causing the room was hot and stuffy.

1) cockroach comeout all of sudden from toilet area straight to sleeping area 2) there morning market just behind my room so too noisy hard to sleep 3) sadly theres a indian memorable park behind hotel

The place was very clean and comfortable...easy to access to some places such as theater...pantai bersih..and etc
