I book a room with 1 large double bed and I received a room with 2 single beds. I try to get them together but wha spade was to big to sleep on. Saturday to Sunday I have no electricity into all my room . As to the reception nobody care . I have to shower and shave in the dark room . Absolutely disgusting all the experience

A conduct from the WC next door broke and the whole floor was flooded(plus the one bellow plus the conference room) the dirty water was kept în glasses and kitchen stuff, which is disgusting / o teava de la veceu s a spart și apa a inundat etajul, cu tot cu etajul de mai jos și o sala de conferințe, apa murdara a fost pusa în cratițe și pahare

This was one of the best hotels on Prahova Valley in the 80s. If you wanted to be seen and to be someone, you had to book here. The location is the best if you want to go hiking. It's right near the cable car and the views are marvellous. Unfortunately, time took its toll. The hotel is impressive on the outside but on the inside you feel like going back in time and this isn't necessarily a good thing. Breakfast included, buffet style, both cold and warm dishes, plentiful and varied. Most of the rooms needs renovation and the toiletries are of low quality for a 3* hotel of such fame. Nevertheless, I would book again for the memories and the view.

When you work in tourism, there are essential qualities. We were "welcomed" with the friendliness of a prison door, without a smile, as we were disturbing and with all the bad grace that we would have ever thought possible for an hotel, at the reception desk! I have traveled the world, experiencing a large kind of establishments, but thanks to Mr Ovidiou, I consider that the Silva hotel in Busteni holds the first negative position. For the rest, the room was correct, but nothing more. Does not really justify the price.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso il Ristorante Hotel Silva a Busteni. L'atmosfera tranquilla e lo spettacolare scenario dei monti Bucegi hanno reso questa esperienza davvero memorabile. Il personale era molto attento e cordiale, sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, con una splendida vista sulle montagne. Il ristorante è stato una piacevole sorpresa, con cibo delizioso e vario. Abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di assaggiare sia piatti tradizionali rumeni che opzioni internazionali. Anche la colazione era abbondante e offriva una varietà di opzioni per tutti i gusti. 10/10
