There is no breakfast on the front desk floor. You can order a semi-buffet for 29.9 Canadian dollars. You can squeeze the orange juice yourself (you don’t have to doubt the freshness). It is worth recommending that the front desk is very patient. The room that was arranged at the beginning was very dark. Said that the line of sight is not good and uncomfortable, and then waited for three minutes to change to No. 1608 with a good line of sight, which happened to be able to see the scenic spot No. 67. The room is really big, the toiletries are very good, and there are no slippers in foreign countries. Everyone Prepare yourself in advance, the overall evaluation is really super comfortable.

We stayed one week in this Courtyard by Marriott (Oct 2022). Located right on Rene Levesques Boulevard (former Dorchester). Walking distance to many sights. Our check in was very fast, we walked up, we were greeted by friendly young man and we made our way to the room, all within 10 mins. Our room was on the 10 floor and we had a partial view looking NE towards the Notre Dame Basilica. The gym is on the 11th floor and I must say that on occasion I could hear the weights being dropped on the floor by some inconsiderate simpleton. There IS a sign in the gym that mentions that this should be avoided. Nice gym great machines and great view. Our room featured a king bed and had good lighting, pillows, large bathroom, shampoo, soap and conditioner. The sink did have a slight ”bad smell” however. Apart from the rare noise from the gym, the room was very well insulated for sound. It was the most sound insulated room I have ever stayed in. The room was very clean. The mini fridge had a couple bottles of water. The room also had a ”pods” style coffee machine which we enjoyed all week. The TV had a wide selection of channels in both French and English and the screen can be tilted to face the bed. A Metro station (Place D'Armes) is nearby and the hotel has underground parking on location for those with a car, I am not sure what it costs. We ate one dinner in the restaurant in the lobby. The food was of good quality and very tasty but a bit overpriced. Conveniently, there is a large IGA grocery store one block up in the Complexe Dejardins where you will also find a pharmacy and other shops. The 747 airport bus stop is located across the street on Rene Levesque (heading TO the airport). The bus costs 11 dollars in COINS only. At about 10am our bus trip to the airport took about 30-35 mins. All the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly. They all spoke both French and English. We would stay here again on our next trip to Montreal but I must say, I found it a bit expensive $$$$$$$. Happy Travels.

Enjoyed my stay at the Delta. The location is central and we walked everywhere including to the McGill Convocation. Check in was quick and there are many lounge areas. The rooms, bathroom, bedding and towels were clean and the bed was super comfortable with a selection of pillow types (Typical of the Marriott hotels that I have stayed in). The food in the restaurant is very good. Breakfast is better in the restaurant. I ordered breakfast through room-service for breakfast and did not enjoy the Starbuck selection; and the coffee was cold. I do not know if this is typical or because of Covid, the level of services was limited. The view depends on which room you are in. Loved the view of Mount Royal from the room my siste and husband were in. My view was of Rue Presiden Kennedy. Overall a great stay.

The room was okay. It was very cold when I checked in. I thought there was no heating. When I opened the air conditioner vents, no hot air came out. The heater was next to the window sill. It took an hour or two to warm up. I booked the room through prepaid RMB through Ctrip. When I checked out, the front desk I was charged Canadian dollars again. If you don’t speak English well, you may not be able to explain clearly. Fortunately, the money was returned in the end. However, in the winter, there are green ducks and swimming pools outside the house, which is quite magical.

Hotel is right in the Chinatown district of Montreal. Parking is below, while small and tight, there is room. There is a small daily fee to park, typical of large cities. I went to the second floor to check in and was given my room on the higher floor. It’s typical for a downtown Holiday Inn. Room clean, nice view of the city, furnace worked well, sadly weak shower pressure found so often. Because I am a Platinum IHG member, breakfast was included both days I stayed. It was typical American despite being in a Chinese themed hotel due to location. Buffet style and filling. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a large amount of Canadian coins I had collected over the years in the States, and they were happy to convert to bills and loonies/toonies. That helped with small purchases in the city. Checkout went well. I had no issues with safety despite coming back late at night.

My family and I were extremely impressed about the AC Hotel by Marriott (Downtown Montreal). It's cleanliness, the room was perfect, pool and rooftop were amazing BUT the most important part for me was the amazing customer service I received from the front desk associate and cleaning staff. Reception/Front Desk; his name was Daniel, he was amazing extremely helpful, sharing places and things to do while our trip in Montreal. He went beyond even walking out with us to show us the directions. Customer Service from Daniel I give it a 20 out of 10. Unfortunately I don't recall the names of both the cleaning lady's but they were both amazing, extremely friendly and great conversations (Jamaican & Cuban). Spanish staff even helped me with Nespresso machine and went out of her way to get me tea. I also appreciated that the hotel was Pet friendly and my puppy Miles was welcomed and treated nice! I have already told my family and friends about AC Hotel by Marriott and we will definitely be back one day! Thank you to Daniel & AC Hotel for an excellent experience in Montreal 💙🤍

Novotel Montreal Airport was a pleasant stay during a long weekend. One thing to note is that there was a car theft during our stay that happened to another guest, so guests should be careful of locking their cars at night.

Very nice lobby and friendly front desk staff. The location is both a positive and a negative - it's so central to McGill University, shopping, restaurants, etc, but my room was facing the main street and it was extremely noisy at all hours of the night and day! There was construction going on across the street that continued up until midnight and then started again around 5-6 am! I'm so glad I had earplugs but still! I asked to be moved, but the front desk staff said there were no free rooms available. I think the least that they could have done was provide a discount for rooms facing the street, because it was extremely loud at all hours. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows, and were it not for the noise, it would have been an extremely comfortable stay. The room was quite large, and included a mini fridge and coffee maker. What I don't understand about this hotel room (not sure they are all the same) is that they had blackout curtains but only for half of the window! It was impossible to close them all the way because the curtain rod was split into two non-joining pieces! Why in the world would anyone have blackout curtains that could not be closed, thus defeating their entire purpose? We were in fact worried about people from adjacent buildings being able to see into our rooms at night, because while there was a sheer curtain that covered the whole window, it was physically impossible to close our curtains! The reason I gave three stars instead of more was due to the noise and the lack of curtains - otherwise, it would have been a 5 star stay.

GGuest UserBefore Montreal, I have stayed at FS Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dubai, San Francisco, Macau, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Sydney, Beijing.. This one was by far the worst four seasons I ever stayed even tho the room was amazing with modern design and highly automated. Let alone the extremely bad experience when I checked in which I could write 2000 words about, they even can’t supply enough hot water.. it’s just warm or u could even say it cold as u got your AC on in your room. And they put under construction post near my room idk if it’s because of the argument while checking in then they coming at me, I wish not. I could’ve reported the whole situation to four seasons official email , Instagram, Facebook, Google review etc but I chose to forgive.
GGuest UserThe CBC booked this hotel for my wife and I during our stay in Montreal. It was during the Jazz Festival, Cirque in the streets, and a great deal of other happenings. The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly. The food (especially breakfast) was top notched and reasonably priced. The rooms are more on a European level/style, but the rainshower was great. Would high recommend this hotel.

We like Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Montreal-Dorval. The room is spacious and clean. We had a King size bed and a sofa bed for 4 people and it was good. The breakfast was great. This is a busy hotel so sometimes people were hard to find a table to sit and eat. But it was not a big deal.
GGuest UserOn September the 9th, 2022 we checked into your hotel, as part of a large group that reserved many rooms in your hotel for celebrating my son in law brother, Upon check in, ROOM 163, I was requested to provide my credit card info in order to access our reserved room. That is a normal procedure in many hotels, and I do respect it. However, I was immediately notified by VISA that an additional hold of $ 200 was applied. Requesting the front desk for clarification, I was told that it is a “security deposit”. For exactly what, I had no idea and the clerk could not explain. If it was for possible damages that may be my responsibility, than the hotel had to escort me to my room and verify with me that all is OK, before giving me access. If it is for after I check out, than no one came to check the room upon my departure. So what is the point? I was asked if I am an Aeroplan member. I provided the clerk with my membership number and was assured to earn the points. It’s been over 20 days, and no points have been credited. We have stayed for 3 consecutive nights. During the entire stay, we did not have our room cleaned even once. We had only one and a half rolls of toilet paper for 3 days. We had to buy papers at Walmart. We did not have our sheets changed. We did not get any soap and shampoo provided for 2 days. We had to buy supply at the nearby Walmart. We had to beg the cleaning girl in the hallway for more towels, as new fresh towels were not supplied. I personally complained to the front desk that our faucet is not working properly, it was seized. I was promised it would be rectified, but no one showed up. Our garbage was never emptied. I had to take it outside the room once a day. The ceiling fan in the bathroom is probably clogged, and humidity would stay in the bathroom for a long time. The carpets have not been vacuumed, and felt dusty. There were 8 large pillows, 4 on each bed. What’s the idea? One can use only 1 or 2, and the rest end up on the floor. Yes, 4 pillows have no use. The next gests get to use the same pillows which were on the floor. The mattresses are old and overused to a point that you simply sink into them. The elevators were dirty with leaves and debris on the floor for 3 days. The main entrance to the hotel lobby is so dirty, that one may think we are in a third world country. Tons of cigarette leftovers are pilling up just next to the main door, garbage begs and open garbage all over the garden beds for 3 days! And speaking on the hotel landscaping gardens, I must ask myself, why would the hotel spend so much money to install an irrigation system to automatically water all the ****S around the property? It is a disgusting view to see. Very flourishing ****s all over the property. The Kosher kitchen had no present of a Kosher supervisor showing during our 3 days stay. I have assembled a collection of photos to substantiate the above. To add salt to injury, most of our family members who stayed with us

Kkunkun0627Hotels are relatively hard to find. When I checked in, there were only two paper towels left in the bathroom. I don't know what the housekeeper was thinking. It was minus 15 degrees Celsius, it was snowing heavily, and the heater was not turned on when I entered the room. . . Nothing else to say.
MManbahaowangbiNothing to say about the room. It's about 10 minutes' walk from Chinatown. But it seems that there are not many options. There should be a hotel name at the entrance of the hotel parking lot. I walked around the back of the hotel for a long time but couldn't find it. Although a map was given, it's actually at the back of the hotel. The garage is very small. It costs more than 30 Canadian dollars a day. There is no breakfast, you have to buy it separately.
JJUNXIANBecause of the epidemic, Canada has closed its borders, so I can only go through the border one day in advance and check into the hotel to prepare for the next day's flight. The hotel’s service is attentive, the room has been allocated when you arrive one hour after booking
GGuest UserDisappointing. The hotel amenities state that there is a 24 hour free airport shuttle bus, it does not run 24 hours. We had to pay for a taxi back to the airport. There was a cold water dispenser with lemons in the lobby but it was empty. A coffee machine was provided in the room, however, of the 3 coffee pods one was used and only thin plastic cold beverage cups were provided. The room was big, shows signs of wear but the air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The area around the hotel is a typical airport hotel, not much going on.
